Report, eritas, facts, discussion, conclusion and opinions by Robert A

Folks, Robert A, as a Nuclear Engineer, has 42 years of experience in Design, Construction, Operations and Maintaining things from US Navy Submarines and Aircraft Carriers to Nuclear Power Plants to “fixing things” in Nuclear Power Plants and Nuclear Facilities in eight states and five countries. In almost every situation, “putting the pieces together,” State Building Codes, Codes of Federal Regulations, Navy Regulations, Specifications, Achieving and Maintaining Design Bases, meeting construction acceptance and post construction and repair testing was always a strict requirement. But a Common Sense approach to all of the above was something everybody everywhere was looking for and Robert A delivered on all of the above.

So, for all those that are wondering how Robert A was able to quickly discover and report on all the failures; from Leadership failures, Communication Failures and Legal Failures, etc. regarding the recently approved (4-1) CC Ordinances on Safety and Building Code compliances, all Robert A can say is, “It was a piece of Cake!!!!”

But the real issue here is: some people in Cleveland County in elected offices, especially CC Commissioner Chairman Kevin Gordon, are well known to be bullies who will retaliate against folks that speak out against the many things that Gordon does that are wrong. Like these “new” Ordinances that are so wrong in so many ways. But, Commissioners Johnny Hutchins, Deb Hardin and Doug Bridges are scared “shitless” to vote against anything Kevin Gordon wants to do. No matter how stupid or dangerous. Only newly sworn in Commissioner Tony Berry was brave enough to vote NO! And, apparently only CITIZEN Robert A is brave enough to call out Kevin Gordon and his “TOO SCARED TO DO RIGHT” crowd.

As for Robert A, Robert A believes (and has practiced this belief for the last 30 years in Cleveland County) that it is everybody’s responsibility to be a good citizen and to speak out against wrong-doing. From reporting child abuse and elderly abuse to the proper legal authorities to reporting wrongs by governmental officials right  in Cleveland County and elsewhere. Also to the proper authorities-Including to the citizens and voters.

Now, Robert A also wonders why so many others are wondering, HOW can Robert A be so brave and unafraid??? All by himself!!!

Well… Robert A also knows that there are laws that protect “Whistleblowers” and from bullies like Kevin Gordon and his too scared to do-right crowd. And they can all be removed from office. And, Robert A is not afraid to invoke those protections when and if necessary. Also, remember the First Amendment!!! The TRUTH of the matter is also very well PROTECTED.

Folks, Stay tuned and watch Robert A as he continues reporting the wrongs in government, wherever he finds them. And, there is much more that needs reporting!!! And, WILL BE REPORTED! Including using the customized cartoons that folks are finding so useful in helping them understand, in the simplest of terms, the bad things that is going on NOW, right here in Cleveland County, NC.

CC Commissioner (Boss Hogg) Kevin Gordon

To see representations of Deb Hardin, Johnny Hutchings and Doug Bridges in action, Go to the Link Below, Skip the Ads and go to the first cartoon, and play “Three Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed.” A pretty good representation on those three Commissioner’s (Hardin, Hutchins and Bridges) leadership abilities and usefulness as CC Commissioners. In Robert A’s informed opinion!!!
