Should AOC be investigated, arrested, prosecuted/imprisoned??  if found GUILTY for assisting illegal Aliens avoid Capture by ICE???  

Basic Facts:

• The United States of America (USA) is a sovereign nation with the sovereign right to make and enforce laws regarding who may and may not enter into this country’s legally defined bounders.
• Non-US Citizens must have legal permission BEFORE entering into the USA.
• Entering into the USA withoutthe legally determined permission of the USA Government and its appropriate agencies is and are a criminal violation of US laws.
• No US citizen or non-citizen or US Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (AOC) (Democrat-NY) has a legal right to unilaterally (personally) decide what US Laws she will obey and which laws she will ignore.
• The US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency (A Federal Agency) has the lawfully delegated right and task to enforce Federal Immigration Laws.
• Any person or persons who willfully and wantonly interferes with any part of the lawful process of enforcing US Federal Laws (AS well as State laws) is guilty of obstruction of justice.

Particular Facts:

• AOC personallybelieves that the 15+ Millions of “migrant” Non-US Citizens that have crossed the legal defined borders of the United States with no regard to following US LAW regarding the legal process to enter the United States (“Illegal Aliens”) are immune from arrest and criminal prosecution as specified by US Law.
• AOC has personally designated herselfand others of her “ilk” have conspired as being above US Law and have “conspired” and caused to be disseminated certain information and recommended actions that aid and assist the above noted Illegal Aliens to criminally avoid their appropriate US Citizen status investigations, location determinations, arrests, prosecutions and deportations, etc. and all other legal processes as required allowed by US law enforcement to remove these illegal (and often violent crime perpetrators) to be captured and whatever legal penalty be performed by US Law Enforcement.
• An agreement between two or more persons to commit an unlawful act is the definition of a criminal conspiracy. A conspiracy is a felony crimeno mater that the underlaying crime might not be a felony.

Present Status of AOC’s actions regarding her assisting criminal acts by “Illegal Aliens” that are presently inside the United States borders without lawful entry:

• The Director of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement office (ICE) has formally communicated the apparent illegal acts committed by AOC to the Director (Pam Bondi) of the US Department of Justice (DOJ) regarding how to properly proceed with the apparent criminal acts committed by AOC as previously noted.
• AOC has asked the DOJ Director in a threatening tone, whether or not she, AOC, is being investigated by the DOJ.

Now, What would Robert A recommend ICE and the DOJ to do in this AOC matter. Starting this Monday Morning:

Analysis:

1. The Basic Factsnoted above clearly indicate that AOC (US Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, D-NY) is an elected US Representation from New York who has a long reputation of speaking out against what SHE considers to be wrong. AOC has every right to the Freedom of Speech clause of the US Constitutions, First Amendment. For her speech, no matter how outrageous, Robert A says: NO LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST AOC BY the ICE or DOJ in regards to AOC’s RIGHT to speak freely.

2. However, as clearly described in the Particular Facts noted above, AOC, personally and in a conspiracy with others, has committed certain actions (Obstruction of Justiceand Conspiracy) that are clearly illegal when taken at their clear face value.

Robert A’s Recommendations:

1. DOJDirector (Pam Bondi (first thing Monday Morning) should notify ICE that there is probably cause to suspect AOC of Obstructing Justice and Conspiracy and to begin the process of issuing an Arrest Warrant against AOC for Obstruction of Justice and Conspiracy; subpoenaing all information and documents related to and regarding to the criminal charges.
2. ICE, immediately after receiving the legal advice of the DOJ, should obtain the arrest warrant, seek out AOC wherever she may be. arrest and handcuff AOC, Deliver AOC to the appropriate US Jail or Courthouse, fingerprint AOC and allow AOC to call her attorney and bail bondsman and turn all prosecution over to the DOJ. And, ICE continue on with their finding all illegal aliens who have committed violet crimes first, and the all the others.

3. DOJtask the FBI with finding and arresting AOC and AOC’s co-conspirators.

4. DOJshould move the Federal trials and related legal proceedings of AOC and AOC’s co-conspirators to somewhere in Central Florida where both the DOJ and AOC and her co-conspirators can get a fair trial. Apart from biased Federal Judges and jurors.

Then, let the judge and jury decide what to do with AOC and her Co-conspirators!!!
