Robert A. received this copy of an attached Federal Lawsuit against the CCS Superintendent and all School Board Members from a friend at the NC ACLU.
Robert A. also expects that the CCS School Board has or will soon agree to everything this lawsuit is asking for-as shown on Page 14 of the Lawsuit’s Items 1-6. Just like CCS “caved-in” with the “Jane Doe” lawsuit a few years ago that allowed a MALE LGBTQ+ Kings Mountain High Student use female restrooms. Even though it violated the NC Constitution-Remember the well known Bathroom Bill???

PS: a reading of the attached lawsuit indicates that the NC ACLU used the very poorly written CCS Policies against CCS, Superintendent Stephen Fisher and Boutique Attorney Leigha Sink. All the while forgetting President Donald Trump’s and Most of Cleveland County’s beleif that such shenanagans should NOT be allowed at CCS taxpayer funded schools.
PS II-Just another reason for CC to go to almost all home schooling, Church Schooling and Charter School schooling. Where parents have a 1,000% better chance of knowing what the fools at CCS are doing to their children!!
