Robert A Files a FORMAL COMPLAINT Against Rogue School Board!!

Robert A did not stop that O. once he started running for Cleveland County Commissioner. NOOooo!!, Robert A just picked up the pace. And he won’t stop when he gets elected.

By now most of Cleveland County has heard about the big bruhaha from the CCS School Board meeting this past Monday, January 8, 2024. When CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen and his menagerie voted lock-stepped to break State Law because THEY think breaking the law is no big deal. And it is NOT such a big deal to them since they do it all the time anyway.

The attached Formal Complaint prepared by Robert A in regard to the majority of the CCS School Board voting to violate state law has already been sent to The Governor, State Attorney General, Cleveland County Sheriff, Cleveland County District Attorney, the NC Department of Public Instruction, the CCS School Board and others. Robert A’s Formal Complaint is based on fact, is 100% true, and tells the whole story. The facts related to this Formal Complaint is backed up 100% by the CCS School Board video for the January 8, 2024, School Board Meeting.

Robert A’s suggested punishment for the very serious and unlawful actions of the majority on the CCS School Board includes:

Censure
Removal from Office
Disqualification from running for the CCS School Board in 2024
All other punishments that are available and appropriate.

Robert A’s prediction is exactly NOTHING will be done about this egregious. It has been Robert A’s experience that NOBODY from outside Cleveland County will come in to do Cleveland County’s dirty work when Cleveland County voters refuse to clean up their own mess here at home themselves.

Robert A urges voters to ignore and forget about all the big and costly campaign signs. The candidates whose names are on all those big signs will have no allegiance to the citizens of Cleveland County. Those “Big Sign Candidates” (Like Eddie Holbrook in the 2018 Elections) are all bought and paid for by the big dollar folks who are paying for all those big signs plastered everywhere.

Robert A’s campaign for Commissioner will be completely self-funded and budgeted at Two of Robert A’s Monthly Social Security Checks. AND NO MORE!!! Nobody will own Robert A except for the voters themselves who elect him to the CC Commissioner’s Board.
