CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen and his menagerie of foolish cohorts: Joel Shores, Rodney Fitch, Greg Taylor, Ron Humphries, and Walter Scott Spurling, at the January 8, 2024 OFFICIAL school board meeting just officially voted to take an action that they knew, and were told by Aaron Bridges, Ronnie Grigg and Danny Blanton, as well as the School Board Attorney, that what they were proposing to do was in clear violation of NC State Law.
But the foolish Robert Queen, Greg Taylor, Ron Humphries, Joel Shores, Rodney Fitch and super foolish Walter Scott Spurling defied all logic and voted to commit the illegal act anyway. One bystander quipped that the Shelby Policeman present as a Security Officer should have arrested them right there on the spot.
The Crooks, one by one, stated that they were going to vote to do the illegal act because, in their opinion, to do so was in the best interest of the Children of Cleveland County. Such foolish and false logic as that could have equally justified them to start robbing banks. Especially since Joel Shores had previously told them that CCS was broke and it took lots of money to run the schools.
In other related matters, a handicapped lady told the School Board that they had violated her rights to be accommodated, like any other handicapped person because of her handicap. It is called a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. The lady told Robert A that she was going to file a complaint with the ADA folks tomorrow morning.
Since it is midnight right now, Robert A. will provide the rest of this report later in the day tomorrow. Unless the power goes out because of the big storm coming in.
