State Board of Education and NC Department of Public Instruction Gives Official Warning to Robert Queen, Stephen Fisher and CCS Lawyer Leigha Sink!! Obey State Law, or Else!! Warning Letter provided to the CC Public by Robert A

This enclosed letter was obtained by a Public Records Request and shows a serious warning letter from the head attorney for the NC State Board of Education and the NC Department of Public Instruction warning Cleveland County Schools that they are in “legal peril” for violating State Laws over the CCS School Calendar. Basically, you (CCS) are in serious violation of NC State Laws; comply or else. The Letter was dated August 9, 2023 and was CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen did NOT place this matter on the on the August 14th, 2023 School Board Meeting Agenda!!

Apparently, the CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen and CCS Superintendent Stephen Fisher have decided to defy NC State Law and defy their oaths of Office to obey State and Federal Law. Oh, well. Robert A has always accused this crowd of being nothing but “crooks and liars.” Now they, the CCS School Board, have proved it themselves-beyond a shadow of doubt.

Editor’s Note: No more explanation is needed folks. You can read this short and “sweet” warning letter (attached below) for yourself and reach your own conclusions. Robert A has said all he needs to say. YOU citizens and voters will have to step up and run for the five available positions on the school board in 2024 and put a new school board majority into running things at CCS. Throw out the crooked and lying set of bums, once and for all. Otherwise, your children are at-risk for a lifetime of ignorance and poor employment prospects.
