On or about February 21, 2023 social media lit up with messages that the Principal at Burns Middle School had up and immediately resigned and nobody knew exactly why. It has been Robert A’s experience with such things that the principal had done something inappropriate and got caught red handed in such a way that it cannot be easily covered-up. And that the events called for a firing or even prosecution, which neither would happen if the perpetrator would just resign and keep quiet about it. No matter, Robert A knew he would find out about the whole thing from “sources” sooner or later. In this particular situation, it was sooner. An anonymous message was ready for Robert A to read just as soon as he returned home from the March 13, 2023 School Board Meeting.
The message named the principal that had resigned and gave the whys and how’s, plus something more. The cover-up and payoffs.
The whys were sadly commonplace at Cleveland County Schools. The BMS Principal had allegedly been sexually harassing a number of women at Burns Middle School. At least seven letters of complaint had been filed with the CCS Administration, In particular the Superintendent and the Human Resources Director. Neither of which had informed the School Board.
The message also alleged that the Superintendent, HR Director and Principal all attended the Kings Mountain First Baptist Church. That CCS Central Services was closely guarding the facts about the Principal and showing the Principal a very high level of preferential and privileged treatment. That the former Principal is still being paid his full salary. The Principal is also being allowed to work on his PhD and access Crest and Shelby Middle Schools in the process. While the “Staff at Burns Middle School are trying to put back together an almost destroyed BMS.”
Now, Folks, Robert A will send a personal copy of this article to the CCS Superintendent, All School Board Members, All Cleveland County Commissioners as well as my CGG Website; inviting all to comment on this article and the allegations it includes. It is expected that all should reply back with statements explaining what will be done by them to protect the children of Cleveland County as well as the Cleveland County taxpayers whose tax dollars are being wasted at every twist and turn.
Folk, Stay tuned!!
