Folks, an honest mistake is one thing. A School Board majority voting to shut up another Board Member just because they can. Because the don’t like somebody. Or just because they don’t want to take the time to listen to good sense is another thing.
The Rogue Republicans and the Democrats on the CCS School Board refused to listen to Danny Blanton as Blanton warned them to fix the Roofs at Burns and Crest High Schools BEFORE putting down new gym floors and a new HVAC system to control humidity.
But NOOooo!!! To Robert “Luke” Queen, Joel Shores, Ron Humphries, Greg Taylor and Rodney Fitch and the Democrats that were just defeated in the 2022 School Board Elections (as well as the whole crowd at Political Smackdown), considered Danny Blanton was just “NOISE” on the School Board. NOISE to be ignored. NOISE that they had tried to defeat in the 2022 School Board Elections, but were totally unsuccessful. Instead Danny Blanton was the top vote getter. Which further aggravated the Rogue Republicans. Who have continued making fools out of themselves at an even higher rate.
So, when Danny Blanton recommended fixing the roofs before doing the inside work, the spiteful Rogue Republican Fools and the Democrats just ignored Blanton and voted 8-1 to proceed on “a fool’s errand.” Which has ruined two brand new gymnasium floors in the process. At a cost of over $1,000,000 before this project is all said and done. All costs that will be picked up by the innocent taxpayers as the warrantees on the Gym Floors have obviously been voided by the School Board Majority’s stupidity.
And, remember, the foolish School Board and the foolish Commissioners have embraced over $100,000,000 (probably close to $200,000,000 overall) in a foolish quest to “fix up” 27 OLD Schools full of mold and asbestos.
Folks, Robert A recommends the Citizens of Cleveland County to come out to the School Board meeting this coming MONDAY, December 12, 2022 at 5:00 PM and DEMAND that ALL these Rogue Republicans RESIGN from the School Board IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise this Million Dollar fiasco will just become one of many.
Also, note that this December 12, 2022 School Board Meeting starts ONE HOUR early. The reason being, the Rogue Republicans want to get out early to attend their ANNUAL Xmas Party. Not giving a whit for the loss of this recent Million Dollar Fiasco. And why not. US regular citizens and taxpayers are not invited to this Xmas Party.
Robert A notes that he NEVER, ever spells Christmas “Xmas.” That is because it takes Jesus Christ out of the holiday. This time, talking about the CCS School Board Xmas Party, Robert A figures the arrogant and spiteful Rogue Republicans have already taken Jesus Christ out of THIS Christmas Party!!! Just like they have taken a million bucks from taxpayer’s pockets this Christmas Season. Another reason that this crowd of unbelievers need to be run off. Far, far away from the CCS School Board.
