Folks, the last time I looked at a map, Cleveland County is a part of North Carolina and North Carolina is a part of the United States of America. North Carolina, like every other State, has a Constitution and EVERY State Constitution has to comply with the United States Constitution and all of its Amendments. It is called the “Rule of Law” and we are all in on it together!!! If one state passes legislation that includes ways for the “We the People” (My words for all of US!)) to get rid of crooks, liars, and doers of other bad acts from School Boards or other officials; then any other state or even EVERY state can pass similar legislation. So, why reinvent the wheel?
An independent-minded reader and a person that thinks for themselves discovered the news article that is shown below and forwarded it to me. Now I am forwarding it to YOU! And to Speaker of the House Tim Moore, House Representative Kelly Hastings and State Senator Ted Alexander, and others.
In this article below, people in Chester County, Pennsylvania were enraged when their local school board refused to listen to the “We the People,” the parents of school children. These parents studied the laws of Pennsylvania and found that the laws of Pennsylvania allowed the “We the People,” when aggrieved, to file a petition to the Courts to remove corrupted elected officials from office. The “We the People” folks circulated the petition, met all the requirements of the law, filed it in Court and the Judge ruled in the favor of the “We the People” folks, like YOU and me. And Ordered five of the School Board members removed from the School Board. The Judge will also make the final determination on who will replace the five ousted school board members. A move that will certainly prevent the appointment of a new set of like-minded corrupt school board members who would carry on as the removed school board members, as the Cleveland County Rogue Republicans would certainly try to do. *Remember the Robert “Luke” Queen by the Cleveland County Commissioners, only to have Senator Ted Alexander reappoint Luke to the CCC affair? When Luke was removed from the Cleveland Community College Board of Trustees.
So, Tim Moore, Kelly Hastings, and Ted Alexander, we want YOU all to enact laws like the folks in Pennsylvania enacted to get rid of elected and appointed officials who refuse to represent the people that elected them. Especially like those FIVE Cleveland County School Board Members; Robert “Luke” Queen, Rodney Fitch, Joel Shores, Ron Humphries, and Greg Taylor who told all those big whoppers lies to get themselves elected. And then immediately turned against the people that elected them. Tim, Kelly, and Ted, we want YOU to start this process immediately. Or we will begin to think about how to get rid of YOU.
