Folks, all the various lawsuits against the School Board, Commissioners, the Cleveland Community College Board of Trustees, City of Shelby, etc., that I know of are hampered somewhat by Governmental Immunity. That is the elected official doing wrong has limited immunity against that wrongdoing if he can show that he didn’t know any better. And the bar to proving a government official did know better and did his illegal act with malice is so very high as to be almost impossible to prove.
However, after saying that, a reader sent me a message that there might be another way to take-out corrupt school board members and other corrupt governmental officials.

Let’s all read this message and research it to see if such proceedings may also apply in Courts in Cleveland County and North Carolina. In my opinion, Federal Laws apply in every State and every County in the USA. Including Cleveland County and North Carolina.

I hope you can see this video on GAB (Social Media Platform I’m on). I have been hearing about suing the elected officials through their Bonds. Are you aware of this practice?
Apparently, all elected officials, including School Board members have to be insured through a Bond. Parents are bringing cases against them similar to this video in Illinois.
A lot is out there on the web now if you want to research it further. May be the only way to take these corrupt and evil people out.
