Folks, School Board Chairman Robert “Luke” Queen said that I am the biggest liar in Cleveland county after I called him a bald-faced liar when he denied saying what I said he said regarding CCS’s low value High School Diplomas. My proof against Luke was a live action video and approved school board official minutes of a previous meeting. Luke Queen and others at CCS are engaged in a “Disinformation” and a “Deception” program against the citizens of Cleveland County. After this story (and others coming), hopefully the Cleveland County Commissioners will see the error of THEIR ways and commit themselves to the truth of the matter and fair treatment of their employees. Which must include disciplinary action against those that keep getting the Commissioners on the hook in Lawsuits that are costing taxpayers tons of money to pay off.
This case is Conner v. Cleveland County, North Carolina, 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, No. 19-2012. Don’t believe a word that I am about to say. Look it up for yourself. The link is at the end of this article.
Folks, also note that the Shelby Star has not reported on this major Federal Case Against Cleveland County. Or other major cases that are pending. Nothing is new about that.
What is new is that I may end up testifying very soon in Federal Court myself in regard to one of the two (Possibly three) Federal Cases that have been brought against Cleveland County that were based, in some part, on my reporting of bad acts by county officials and staff. Note that Cleveland County had to pay for their mis-deeds in those previous lawsuits. I suspect the County will also have to pay off in this third lawsuit.
Also, I have added on my list of Things to Do, in 2022, a potential lawsuit against Cleveland County Schools. The education of Cleveland County’s children is too important to wait for the 2024 Elections to get rid of the Rogue Republicans presently on the School Board.
But, folks, don’t be in a hurry for me to take on this fight against ignorance coming out of Cleveland County Schools all by myself. I am going to expect some help from citizens in this and other matters. More on that later.
So, while YOU are thinking this over, read this Reuters article about the 4th Circuits ruling against Cleveland County.
