Trusted sources report that there is a COVID outbreak in the Cleveland County Jail. That is the report and I have had no indications of how many have been infected or the severity. Or if any inmates or staff have been hospitalized or have died. Hopefully none.

I will forward any updates that I receive from sources or County Officials.

Prominent Shelby Attorney Attacked and Seriously Injured!! Max Gardner III Shot at, assaulted, beaten, paralyzed and hospitalized Allegedly by estranged wife, stepson in domestic dispute! Perhaps over property settlement where wife wanted everything!! Law Enforcement refused to arrest estranged wife as ordered by Judge! Gardner Webb University Board of Trustee involvement suspected!! A Sad Story for Cleveland County-Times Three!!! 1.Tragic Death of a “disoriented” man!! Body not found in THREE days of poorly executed searches by law enforcement, although body was only 50 ft from his back door!! 2Retaliation is alive, well and thriving in Cleveland County Governmental Agencies!!! High ranking law enforcement officer fired because he was “thought” to have “talked” to Robert A. Williams!!! 3Commissioners AND School Board “HIDING” Public Records!!
