Some say the Cleveland County School Board and other elected officials, like the Shelby City Council can’t be removed from elected office except at election time or upon conviction of a felony. Of course, they are right about election time or upon conviction of a felony. But they are WRONG!!! About everything else.
Can you hear me, Cleveland County Commissioners with YOUT tax increases and Federal Lawsuits???
Can you hear me, Cleveland County School Board with your scofflaw violations, COVID wavering, wasted tax dollars, illegal committees, falsified documents and records and your failure to protect and educate our children???
Can you hear me, City of Shelby with all your discrimination, retaliation, cover-up and a long stream of lawsuits???
Can you hear me, Cleveland Community College Board of Trustees with all your residual cover-ups, illegal committees, retaliation and elite-ism and waste of tax dollars???
School Boards and other Boards CAN be removed, run-off from office when enough people. Citizens, decide it is time for you, all of you, to get out of town.
