FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST MAYOR STAN ANTHONY

City of Shelby Council Members,
The purpose of this email is to file a formal complaint against Mayor Stan Anthony and City Manager Rick Howell for possible misconduct in forcing a subordinate employee to produce and present a document containing false information (perjury).
Both Mayor Stan Anthony and City Manager Rick Howell have serious and pending litigation against them. Specifically, Mayor Stan Anthony is accused of making defamatory and false statements about Willie Green. Conveniently, a City of Shelby employee remembers, with no specifics, giving information to Mr. Green that seeks to nullify the alleged false statements by Mayor Stan Anthony. A string of emails, text messages, and other documents suggest serious misconduct surrounding an affidavit submitted by City of Shelby employee, Walt Scharer.
It is my understanding that perjury is a criminal matter and may require investigation by a higher authority. I request that this complaint be forwarded to the appropriate authorities.

Editor’s Note: I have been made aware of this “string of emails, text messages and other documents” mentioned in this complaint and what they contain, although they are not yet “Court Files.” This evidence appears to me to contain “damning” proof that criminal misconduct has been perpetrated by Shelby City elected officials as well as long time employees. These Shelby “officials” appear to be hitting a “tar-baby” and don’t have sense enough stop hitting. At this rate, they all will end up in jail. And, justly so.
Crime and corruption have no place in government. Shelby City Government included!!!
Also, stay tuned and be prepared for a blow-by-blow evaluation of the Court Documents filed by Shelby Mayor Stan Anthony in a multi-article expose’ that is coming soon. It is like President Ronald Reagan once said, “If you can’t make them see the light, make them feel the heat!” There will be lots of heat coming down on the City of Shelby’s so-called leadership. We just call them as we see them. And this is what we see.
