You have always kept my name out of your reports and I ask you continue to do so.

Thank you.

 Mr. Williams

I have not read any of your articles where Sheriff Alan Norman has responded to the questions and requests you have given him concerning the jail. We can only make the assumption that everything is true.

I have been told by employees there that since Alan Norman was elected, he has more deaths in the jail than any other Sheriff in the State of North Carolina. Where is the protest?

I have also been told by employees that he is running a military department not a Sheriff’s Department. I have learned that he is wasting tax payers money on military assault vehicles. Not one but two. Why does little Cleveland County need one assault vehicle much less two? Sheriff Norman tries and keep them hidden from public but I have photos which are attached. This is a complete waste of tax dollars. Why do our commissioners allow this?

Please ask Sheriff Norman to explain to the public why his department needs two military assault vehicles.

There are many secretive things going on in that department that people need to start asking why.

Editor’s Note: My understanding is the first military assault vehicle was a tank. Now this. Whatever it is? Thank you for the picture of the second vehicle. Perhaps somebody will provide a picture of the tank. A picture is worth a thousand words.

And, I will always keep my sources confidential.

Also, about all a tank and this vehicle shown below would be useful for in Cleveland County would be for running down protesters in the street near the Confederate Monument. Or, for protesters to steal the vehicles and use them to pull down the statue.
