A Facebook post on July 2, 2020 States:
“Update: DWI is still pending, been involved with known gang members, having an affair with a married Sgt. She’s still employed and the County Commissioners just approved for 3 more Detention Officers. That’s what is representing the Detention Center! Yet citizens ask about turn-over rate. Please share.”
This Update is for the following article in the Shelby Star: Detention Center Officer charged with DWI-News-Shelby Star-Shelby. NC
“Nov 15, 2019-Samantha Autumn early, 27, who lives in Forest City, was arrested shortly after midnight on Nov. 2 according to a Shelby Police Report. She was charged with impaired driving, expired registration/tag and speeding. Following her arrest, she has been suspended without pay while an internal investigation is conducted.”
Editor’s Note; Folks, we also scooped the Star on this event almost a year ago and nothing has yet been done. I know the Sheriff and County Commissioners received information about MY article because I sent all of them an advanced copy. As I will also send them an advance copy of this article. Obviously, the Commissioners running for reelection don’t care and the Sheriff refuses to comment. I have done my part here, but you citizens have NOT done YOUR part. All I can say is I told you so and YOU deserve what you get.
