By now you have already heard all the Boo-Hoo-ing from CCS Superintendent Stephen Fisher and the School Board. Even though School Board Chairman Shearra Miller and five or six other school board members say they didn’t know anything about the lawsuit before it was filed. “Bad Legal Advice” they say over and over again. Yet, Supt Fisher, who verified under oath that the lawsuit was being entered by the School Board, is still on the job!! And, so are the school board lawyers!!!
Now, sources tell me that the lawyers were told before they filed the lawsuit that the lawsuit would be bogus, yet they refused to NOT file the phony lawsuit. And, what a FUBAR that turned out to be.
To me, that smells like School Board Member Phillip “Bully” Glover, who wants to be Sheriff of Cleveland County or Police Chief in Boiling Springs and then Sheriff is up doing his dastardly deeds and using a phony lawsuit against Sheriff Alan Norman to suit his political purposes. Besmirching the Sheriff’s reputation! To heck with wasting taxpayer money in the process.
I say vote for Matthew Canipe, Robert Queen, Junie Barrett, Ron Humphries and Rodney Fitch in the Republican Primary and then in the November 2020 General Election. And “nut” Bully Glover once and for all. Along with Shearra Miller, Richard Hooker, Roger Harris and the CCS lawyers too.
More and total transparency is necessary and a new school board with Canipe, Queen, Barrett, Humphries and Fitch will provide it. I can hardly wait to vote.
