School Board member Danny Blanton has Posted the following message on his Facebook Page. It states as shown below. My sources indicate paychecks are reported to be $200 to $800 less than the month before with most cuts being in the $200-$300 range. Note that CCS Superintendent Stephen Fisher recently got a pay increase of approximately $5,000+ and Assist. Superintendent Jennifer Wampler was promoted beyond her level of competence and received a significant pay increase also.
This is School Board Member Danny Blanton’s Message. My recommendation is to call Mr. Blanton ASAP if you are a CCS Hourly Employee whose paycheck has been cut and follow his instructions.

After you have taken care of business with Mr. Blanton, please remember that School Board members Shearra Miller, Richard Hooker, Roger Harris, Jo Boggs and Jeff Jones are up for reelection in 2020.
Also remember County Commissioners Susan Allen, Ronnie Whetstine and Johnny Hutchins are also up for reelection in 2020. These three commissioners who keep on giving the ALWS and the Fair tons of money while freezing county employee pay for years. Without regard or consideration of us little people who need their paychecks to make ends meet.
