A Charlotte TV News (WBTV-3) Station, apparently at the bidding of incumbent Sheriff Alan Norman, has come out with a totally false “Fake News” representation of Sheriff’s Candidate Clyde Ledbetter that aired on their 5:15 PM broadcast on Friday, October 26, 2018. WBTV-3 made a big deal that Clyde Ledbetter was found “guilty” in a Kangaroo Court of stalking, harassing, and tormenting his former daughter in law and that a restraining order had been issued against Ledbetter. WBTV-3 also says they had tried numerous times to call Clyde Ledbetter for his side of the story. In truth, Clyde Ledbetter himself called WBYV-3 who told Ledbetter that “they already had their story” and they “were not interested in hearing his side.” https://www.wbtv.com/2018/10/27/cleveland-co-sheriff-candidate-had-no-contact-orderagainst-him/

Folks, Clyde Ledbetter does indeed have a “side” in this story!!

Over two years ago I learned that three law enforcement officers in Cleveland County were charged with domestic violence at the same time. Two Highway Patrolmen and one Sheriff’s Deputy. So, me being me, I decided that the next time I was near the Courthouse, I would look up these case records. I was Just curious. Mostly because of the rash of domestic violence cases as well as word I had gotten that women were exploiting the domestic violence laws for improper purposes.

What I found flabbergasted me as it was totally obvious that the crowd at the Courthouse were totally ignoring the law and doing what they damn well pleased, right or wrong, in administering justice. Or, should I say administering INJUSTICE.

One case stood out as especially egregious. State Trooper Bryan Ledbetter was totally screwed over by the legal system in Cleveland County by what appeared to be phony legal actions taken out by his wife, Sara. I read every page of the Ledbetter cases and I had copies made of much of the court files, which are public record. NOT private naked pictures, but now naked pictures that are public record. One page especially even offended the Clerk of Court lady who made the copies for me. That page included a picture of Sara Ledbetter naked above the waist. Another picture showed Sara Ledbetter naked below the waist with her fingers in her vagina sitting “hiked up” on a school desk at Crest high School. I decided then and there that the legal system in Cleveland County as well
