A source just called to ask if I had heard about the recent vandalism at Burns High School. The vandalism report originated with a students who told the source that the Burns High School greenhouse was burned down, windows were broken out of several school buses and the cameras on several buses were destroyed. The student reported the suspects were ball players who had been disciplined for some reason or other.
Had it been daylight when I received the report, I would have gone over to BHS and looked for myself. But it is Tuesday night and raining. The very same reasons why I didn’t go to the County Commissioner’s meeting tonight. That and a very short agenda.
The usually reliable source wondered out loud where were all the deputies while the vandalism was going on? And when I looked on the internet for a report, he opinioned, maybe this was like when someone turned the goats loose on the football field and CCS didn’t do anything because the “perps” were well connected.
Anywho, If anybody has any info about recent vandalism at Burns High School please let us know. Or call your school board members to see if any of them knows about this. And will tell.
