Two Term School Board member and soon to be a has-been Kathy Branch Falls is at it again name calling the political leadership in Cleveland County that she is a party to and guilty herself of being. According to Falls, the NC General Assembly members and our county commissioners, Cleveland County Republican Party, and others are guilty of underhanded, backdoor, good ‘ole boy politics in our county. She left off the School Board of which she is a part as well as the Cleveland Community College Board of Un-Trust-Worthys which she helped appoint four of them.
Falls, on her Facebook page on August 18, 2017 vents and name calls these officials for not providing emails that she requested under the Freedom of Information Act. All the while she is guilty herself of going along with Bully Glover, Shearra Miller, Richard Hooker, Jeff Jones, Jo Boggs, Donnie Thurman, Jr. and Roger Harris in withholding public documents, including emails, that I have requested under the Freedom of Information Act and North Carolina Public Records laws.
But school board minutes and recordings show Kathy Falls is totally OK with the school board denying legal access to public records except when something applies to her directly. Kathy Falls, why don’t you get your buddy Bully Glover to put that on the agenda for the next school board meeting. Show us how you have changed and you support everybody else getting the same treatment from our government that you demand for yourself. Has such a thought ever crossed your mind?

By the way, where is your thank you note to Tim Moore for reducing the number of signatures required for your petition to run for re-election as an unaffiliated by over 2,000 signatures. If Tim Moore had not done you such a favor you would still be out gathering signatures instead of running your mouth on Facebook.
