Official Complaint to the Cleveland County Board of Elections– Tommy Greene for School Board-Illegal Campaign Signs –Report by Robert A. Williams

Today I observed a double sided “Tommy Greene for School Board” political campaign sign located on the North-East corner of the intersection of highways 18 and 182 in Fallston. That sign did not include the “Paid For by (Campaign Name)” statement that is required by North Carolina Election Laws. Please take actions as necessary to equally enforce election laws on all candidates as required by NC and US Constitutional laws.

Please advise of the actions taken and any documentation thereof.
