MAJOR Citizens Health Issue Catches Commissioners Flat-Footed and unawares at March 21, 2023 Commissioner’s Meeting!!   Commissioners are told Shelby Neighborhood infested with Big, Aggressive and Biting Dogs!!!  Animal Control and Shelby Police Department called out repeatedly and “Do Nothing!!”  Fear of fatal Rabies (Lock-jaw) running rampant by those already bitten!!  Mothers terrified for their children and their own safety.
