A previous article showed a video clip of Robert Queen speaking to the School Board under Public Participation at the October 12, 2015 School Board meeting. The video clip, in part, shows Luke Queen questioning school proficiency levels being so low, yet graduation rates were about twice as high. Queen went on to say that the low proficiency scores and the high graduation rate indicated that the value of a CCS Diploma was diminished. That individual clip will be added below as part of the proof of what Luke Queen said back in 2015 before an audience that clapped at what Luke said.
Fast forward to the December 13, 2021 School Board meeting where Robert “Luke” Queen is School Board Chairman and able to so something about how CCS is run-if he wanted to. During this December 13, 2021 School Board meeting Luke Queen made the statement that he had said things in previous years that he now has learned were wrong.
At the end of the meeting noted above, I quickly approached the dais and asked Robert “Luke” Queen what it was, exactly, that he had learned in 2021 to indicate that his 2015 comments about the diminished quality of a CCS Diploma were wrong.
Queen’s answer was that he DID NOT say those things back in 2015.
Folks, for the sake of arguendo, consider that what I have said so far is 100% false as YOU have no proof of anything.
But here are the Facts:
Read the following from the Official and Approved Minutes of the October 12, 2015 School Board Meeting that says, in part, that:
“Robert Queen questioned the data presented at the last board session on grade level proficiencies and the graduation rates, and requested more board discussion on those figures as well as the ‘quality of the diplomas’ issued by the district.”

Folks, I have produced legal documents as well as video that proves Robert “Luke” Queen said what I said that he said. Robert “Luke” Queen’s statement that he did not say what I just proved he said proves only one thing; Robert “Luke” Queen, reelected as Chairman of the CCS School Board is a bald-faced liar. Luke Queen is NOT to be trusted as well as those that reelected him chairman. Rodney Fitch, Ron Humphries, Joel Shores, Greg Taylor (allegedly confused during the vote) and Luke Queen who voted for himself.
I, Robert A. Williams, have just PROVED, beyond any doubt, that Robert “Luke” Queen and his sheep are liars and enablers of liars. They all must be forced off the School Board as soon as possible. Speaker of the House Tim Moore, what law allows citizens to force corrupt elected officials like named above, out of their offices? If there is no such law, then YOU must pass one. Otherwise, YOU, Tim Moore, are also part of the problem. Senator Ted Alexander, we already know you are a problem and a Luke Queen enabler. YOU need to be replaced in the upcoming 2022 Elections also.
The problem that Luke Queen has, is what he and others were saying back in 2015, before and later, was and is still true. Luke Queen knows it is true, but has $old out to some kind of status quo and corrupt narrative. Instead of Luke Queen, being elected to the school board and being a part of the solution, Luke Queen and the others have $old out to those who are the problem!!! $old out for what is still unknown to me, but $old out just the same.
Thank you, Luke Queen for bringing the problem solution to a focus. The first priority must be to get rid of you and your sheep as soon as possible. If not sooner. Your first year in office has been a disaster. The educational success of our children cannot wait three more years for the 2024 Elections. You must go by other means. You must be removed from office immediately, if not sooner. We will be working hard for that. Off the CCC BoTs too. For the same reasons.
