Folks, this $500 Reward offer has brought about many comments from readers.
First, there was the claim that a reader had found Excellence at Kleveland Kounty Skhools. EXCELLENCE in LYING. Actually, most of the Excellence in Lying at Kleveland Kounty Skhools is with the KKS Skhool Board MAJORITY -Shores, Humphries, Spurling, Sherman and Bridges-lying about Excellence at KKS. When, in fact, FAILURE is most prevalent. By any and all standards and measures FAILURE at KKS is MOST PREVALENT.
TOO MUCH FAILURE IS the PROBLEM
at Kleveland Kounty Skhools!!

Walter Schott Spurling, Gloria Sherman, Aaron Bridges and Superintendent Stephan Fisher
HINT: Folks, Robert A did NOT invent the concept that is prevalent in every successful business and organization in the USA today. That concept is this: Finding Excellence is only accomplished by an organized and continuing effort to find failures or weaknesses in a process or series of processes and to “fix” (improve) them. And then to Measure the results of that “fix”. And repeat this process as often as necessary to reach the goal of Finding Excellence.
This basic concept is the core of every Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA) or Continuous Improvement program in existence today in successfully organized and run human endeavors on Planet Earth!
However, Finding Excellence, which is termed “Cultivating Excellence” by Kleveland Kounty Skhools Superintendent Stephen Fisher and new Skhool Board Member Gloria Sherman, is only a camouflage for INCOMPETENCE. This is completely proved by Robert A’s own observations.
When Robert A first started attending CCS School Board meetings, around 2010, CCS had ZERO failing Schools. Now KKS has NINE Failing Schools and FOUR more schools are only one point away from failing. And, Who only knows how many MORE Schools are only TWO of THREE points away from FAILING???
Over half of KKS Schools are in this category of Failing SKHOOLS!!!
And Gloria Sherman calls this Cultivating EXCELLENCE????
Shame! Shame!! SHAME!!! On YOU GLORIA SHERMAN!!!

So, Folks, again, “the CAT is out of the bag” as related to all the lying going on at CCS as well as with the KK Commissioners. As well as all sorts of other graft and corruption. Wherever it might exist in Kleveland Kounty Governmental Boards of Trustees. School Boards, Board of Commissioners, etc. However, Robert A’s Original Offer Still stands until January 1, 2025. But the winner must stay within the parameters as previously described in Robert A’s original article.
In Conclusion to THIS article: Gloria Sherman and Aaron Bridges, if they only have a whit of integrity, should RESIGN immediately from the KKS Skhool Board and be replaced by TWO of the THREE following 2024 Republican School Board Primary Candidates:
Sheila Canipe,
Samantha Davis
Matthew Canipe.
(PS: We already know, from their previous Four-Year experience on the KKSkhool Board and many observations of their many bad acts, that Joel Shores, Ron Humphries and Walter Scott Spurling don’t have a whit of integrity, so, there is NO hope for them. The only thing they understand is “the Majority Rules” and to use all manner of Dirty Tricks and illegal gimmicks so THEY are in the majority. So, switching out Gloria Sherman and Aaron Bridges with any two of those previously mentioned, would turn the KKS Skhool Board into a MAJORITY GROUP (alongside Kenneth A. Ledford, Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg) that could turn the FAILING KKS Skhool Board into a SUCCESSFUL CCS School Board almost immediately that would initiate a GENUINE “Search for Excellence” School Board. Once and for all!!!
Then, us Cleveland County Citizens, Taxpayers, voters and parents, might start to see some excellence at CCS Schools after all. Instead of all the continuing Failures and Lying about it.
