Beth allegedly paid Mike $25,000 in cash down payment on ownership of home settlement through Becky Brown and Brown had not set up a trust account for such a transfer of Beth’s payments. The cash was allegedly supplied by Charlie Carrigan, who Beth states “has given me a suitcase full of money because he believes in me.”
