No more <\/i><\/em><strong><em><u><b><i>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><em><i>\u00a0predictions and no more conclusions and extrapolations are necessary. <\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><i>The <\/i><\/em><strong><em><b><i>Rubber has Hit the Road!!!<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><i><\/i><\/b><strong><em><b><i>YOUR tax bills are going up. <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><b><i>The Top of Page 10 of the Recommended FY 25-26 budget states:<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>The chart below outlines the expected revenue changes in the FY 26 budget <\/b><\/strong><strong><u><b>with the largest two increases being in <\/b><\/u><\/strong><strong><u><b>property tax revenue and EMS billing revenues.<\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><i><\/i><\/b><strong><em><b><i>The Recommended FY 25-26 budget that was \u201chailed\u201d as being \u201cbalanced\u201d is NOT balanced by a <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><strong><em><u><b><i>$45,000,000.00<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong><em><b><i>difference between Revenues and Expenditures. You will have 5 minutes each to tell Commissioners Kevin Gordon, Deb Hardin, Johnny Hutchins and Doug Bridges how much you appreciate them emptying out your bank account to pay for an unnecessary New Justice Center Project while leaving CCS Schools with 60 to 80 year old schools with leaking roofs and not teaching our students how to read, write and do numbers.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u><b><i>Or maybe you can appeal to Commissioner Tony Berry, the only one with any sense, to VOTE NO on raising YOUR TAX BILLS.<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Actually<\/b><\/strong>, <strong><b>since Commissioners Deb Hardin and Doug Bridges are up for re-election, (the 2026 Primary Elections are only NINE months away), perhaps <\/b><\/strong><strong><u><b>Deb Hardin and Doug Bridges<\/b><\/u><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0will see the light and will join <\/b><\/strong><strong><u><b>Tony Berry<\/b><\/u><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0and vote NO to this monstrosity of a FY 25-26 budget.
