The <strong><em><u><b><i>Shelby Star<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, however, still covers-up for the various Cleveland County governmental entities like the City of Shelby and the CC Commissioners as well as the CCS School Board, CCC, etc. As well as certain other CC fiascos and, the seven-year-old Federal Lawsuit against the CC Commissioners and also the brand-new Federal Lawsuit against The CCS Superintendent and School Board. And, of course, the 25-year-old mystery surrounding the disappearance of Asha Degree. As always, the <strong><em><b><i>Shelby Star<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is mostly an \u201c<strong><b>echo<\/b><\/strong>\u201d for all these entities previously mentioned and their <strong><b>foolishness of the day<\/b><\/strong>. The entity puts out a \u201c<strong><u><b>Press Release\u201d<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0and the <strong><em><u><b><i>Shelby Star<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0publishes the phony <strong><u><b>Press Release<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0under the disguise of a legitimate news article.<\/p>\n<p>This particular <strong><em><u><b><i>\u201cFoolishness of the Day\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0from the Commissioners and the Shelby Star is in regard to the shenanigans related to the <strong><em><u><b><i>2025 CC Property Tax Bill process<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0as related to <strong><em><u><b><i>Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0well-founded claim that Cleveland County is broke. And let <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><strong><em><u><b><i>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><strong><em><b><i>\u00a0know what they tell you. Which will probably be another bald-faced lie. All the way up to this very minute. Note that Commissioner Kevin Gordon, Johnny Hutchins and others did not invent corruption on the CC Board of Commissioners.
