\u2018Twas the DAY\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>before Christmas, when all through the house,<\/p>\n

Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.<\/p>\n

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,<\/p>\n

In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there!!<\/p>\n

And then\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>phone began to Ring to no end.<\/p>\n

The Caller ID said it was from an old-friend.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The old-friend wished Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0a Merry Christmas Greeting that was short!<\/p>\n

Compared to the time when that Old-Friend\u2019s conversations turned to a Tort<\/b><\/u><\/strong>!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Governor\u2019s Inn Motel in Shelby has been raided by the SPD on December Twenty.<\/p>\n

The Owners were served \u201cNuisance\u201d papers which meant they were in Trouble aplenty.<\/a><\/p>\n

Claims of Long-term instances of Violence, Drugs, Crime and Prostitution;<\/p>\n

Should mean lots of time in Court and Jail, there must not be any substitution.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The papers were served without notice and confusion\/<\/p>\n

Just like the whole damn thing was just an illusion?<\/p>\n

No Pimps were arrested, No drugs were confiscated.<\/p>\n

No whores or their \u201ccustomers\u201d were questioned? Was Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Just being baited???<\/p>\n

But the old friend had always been trustworthy, accurate and True!<\/p>\n

And Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0has always been careful so that his face has never turned blue.<\/p>\n

So, before the conversation was over, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0had punched up on HIS computer<\/p>\n

And, there it was, all over the news. TV Stations and also everybody\u2019s else\u2019s computer!!<\/p>\n

Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0decided right then and there to be fair by far,<\/p>\n

So, he checked to see if this shocking news hade been covered by the Shelby Star.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0checked from here to there, but from the Star, this story was missing!<\/p>\n

So, from the Shelby Star\u2019s customers\u2019 asses the Star should be kissing!!!<\/p>\n

According to the TV News story that Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was watching from the sky,<\/p>\n

The Owners of the Governor\u2019s Inn have 10 Days on the Court Calendar to reply,<\/p>\n

However, December 20 plus 10 is December 30 with no doubt.<\/p>\n

December 30, 31, and January 1 are typical holiday times is also without doubt.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So, when this so-called Court Hearing on the SPD\u2019s Shutdown of the Governor\u2019s Inn<\/p>\n

Is actually set on the Court Calendar to begin?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This Is a BIG question that Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, at this time cannot answer.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

However, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0has a thought that he has to confess:<\/p>\n

The hearing will be held early in the morning on December 30, 2024. This is because of the low publication of this high public interest story will create an uncertainty of the hearing date and time such that it will cause an almost zero probability of citizens and news agencies being present to see and hear what actually goes on at the Governor\u2019s Inn. Also, there will probably be many folks that are today in high public office in Cleveland County that do not wish to have their associations with the Governor\u2019s Inn in days gone by to become public knowledge today.<\/p>\n

Perhaps one of those folks may be Cleveland County Commissioner Deb Hardin. Deb has been said (by reliable sources) to have been employed as a \u201cBartender\u201d at the Governor\u2019s Inn a good many years ago. And, has recently (and most likely unfairly) been associated with various \u201cglitches\u201d in the proper registration of certain aspects of the rules and regulations regarding the licensing of animal (dogs) shelters and Kennels. Commissioner Deb Hardin has been thoroughly \u201ccriticized\u201d by TV News, Social Media (Facebook), and other personal communication by Cleveland County Citizens regarding Deb\u2019s Dog \u201cRescue\u201d priority being set way above her priorities regarding the human inhabitants of Cleveland County. Especially the school age children in Cleveland County that attend public Schools (CCS). In that respect,<\/p>\n

Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0blames ALL the CC Commissioners for sending $Millions$ of Taxdollars to CCS without holding CCS accountable, in any way, for the children\u2019s\u2019 well-documented lack of proficiency in their educational training at CCS.<\/p>\n
