NEVER likes to be exposed. And, when exposed, the results are always the same-LIES, DECEPTION and RETALIATION!!!<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>picked up his mail on November 12, 2024 and found something interesting. Another anonymous letter, postmarked November 5, 2024, made out to Citizens For Good Government,<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0but with NO Return Address<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>. Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0has received many such letters over the years. Emails too with phony sender addresses. People are scared to speak-up about the corruption going on within Cleveland County government and agencies\u201d and Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is not afraid to identify a skunk<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0as a \u201cSKUNK.\u201d A crook<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0as a \u201cCROCK\u201d A liar<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0as a \u201cLIAR.\u201d And so forth. All properly identified as opinions, conclusions, rumors etc. All believed to be 100% TRUE and ACCURATE Statements with plenty of supporting information to justify those opinions, conclusions, etc. Often times, an anonymous letter has put Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0onto the right path to discover the of the who, what, when and how<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0of the matter.<\/p>\n

THIS anonymous letter was different! <\/b><\/strong>This time<\/i><\/u><\/em>\u00a0the letter contained a single page. Someone had gone down to the Courthouse and conducted a \u201cCriminal Records Background Check\u201d on Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and then sent that information to Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0with no other statements or message. Apparently, SOMEBODY<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0thinks that Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0can be blackmailed by this information. That Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is scared or ashamed or something along those lines that this information might get out amongst the citizens and taxpayers of Cleveland County such that Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0will cease and desist his political investigations and reports and cower-down like everybody else in Cleveland County.<\/p>\n

What a FOOL<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and a COWARD<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0this anonymous wannabe blackmailer truly is!!! And STUPID<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0too! And, when Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0calls somebody a fool, a coward and stupid too, the names of Kevin Gordon<\/b><\/strong>, Johnny Hutchins<\/b><\/strong>, Robert Queen<\/b><\/strong>, Joel Shores<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0and Ron Humphries<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0immediately comes to Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0mind. Along with a few others.<\/p>\n

First of all, Robert A <\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>is not afraid<\/b><\/u><\/strong>, or embarrassed or anything else about the misleadingly phony contents of this Criminal Records Report. They are all false and have been well proven false at the highest of levels many, many (30) years ago. The report is included at the end of this article, along with a copy of the envelope without a return address. No, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is NOT afraid of such a stupid and phony attempt to shut-up Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>. Actually,\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>welcomes this opportunity to once again set this phony record straight. And show YOU<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0voters, taxpayers and citizens of Cleveland County just how SILLY, GULLABLE and UNEDUCATED<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0YOUR<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0elected officials believe (know<\/b><\/strong>) YOU <\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>really are!!<\/p>\n

At this point, temporarily scroll on down to the Criminal Records Report shown below. There are four items. The top three items sprung out of one single event over 309 years ago. Case Numbers are also shown. So, anybody that wants to check this out can easily stroll on down to the CC Courthouse and look them up. Also note that every entry is clearly marked as being Voluntarily Dismissed<\/b><\/u><\/strong>! <\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0The District Attorney<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in every entry was the Court Official who asked the Judge to Dismiss the Case. <\/b><\/strong>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was asking for a Jury Trial. The DA had brought the cases for unfavorable publicity against <\/b><\/strong>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, knowing that NO jury would convict <\/b><\/strong>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0on such flimsy and made up evidence. <\/b><\/strong>This was \u201clawfare\u201d<\/b><\/u><\/strong>, Cleveland County style and thirty years ago. Thank you, you would be blackmailer. You have GIVEN<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0the opportunity and the incentive to \u201cwhip ass\u201d the ones who are responsible for this blackmail attempt. Folks, read every word of this story as this could easily happen to YOU.<\/p>\n

Folks, Notice that the top two charges are Felony Charges. Also note that Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was a Nuclear Engineer working in the Nuclear Industry, Including the Department 0f Defense (Nuclear Submarines and Nuclear Aircraft Carriers) as well as the Department of Energy at the Savannah River Project (Nuclear Weapons) and the Commercial Nuclear Industry (Nuclear Power Plants). All of which required National Security Clearances that were provided by the FBI. All these phony charges were also sent to the FBI by Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for review at that time as a requirement for those Security Clearances to be maintained. And the FBI investigated and cleared Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0of all those phony and dismissed charges.<\/p>\n

But there is more to those top two felony charges that every citizen in Cleveland County should be interested in.<\/p>\n

That Second Felony Charge on the list below was actually the first charge in chronological order. CC DA Bill Young and CC Sheriff Dan Crawford were PO\u2019d at Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for telling on them for their various corrupt actions in office. In a situation with a juvenile delinquent son of a woman Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was dating at that time about 30 years ago, Sheriff Dan Crawford and DA Bill Young believed they had the opportunity to \u201cscrew over\u201d Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0with that second false felony charge. Sheriff Crawford even called the woman, telling her that she had to help \u201cput away\u201d Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0or he<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0would make sure that her son would be taken away from her by the CC DSS. The woman calmly told Sheriff Dan Crawford that when his call came in her answering machine picked up just as she picked up the phone and she had NOT stopped the answering machine from recording all of Sheriff Crawford\u2019s threats. So, Folks, THAT second on the list Felony Charge against Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was immediately dismissed by District Attorney Bill Young.<\/p>\n

However, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was not about to let this stupid kind of \u201clawfare\u201d just go away without a response. So, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0writes another set of articles or two about this CC Lawfare and other corruption by Sheriff Dan Crawford, DA Bill Young, the CC DSS and Commissioners. And then the Sheriff\u2019s Department comes out and arrest Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0again for the exact same thing. But with another case number. That is the first case on the list.<\/p>\n

Again, DA Bill Young refuses to try the case. And, again, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0notifies the FBI of this second charge. But, in those days, the FBI required Guilty verdicts before they would revoke security clearances to work in the Nuclear industry. Also, during this time Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0took a Nuclear Plant assignment in Wisconsin. Partly because the pay was excellent, but mostly because Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was setting a trap for Sheriff Dan Crawford and DA Bill Young and others. Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0believed that the Circle of Corruption in Cleveland County positively knew they could NOT get a conviction by a jury in open court so they would try something else. Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0calculated that the Sheriff and DA would set a trial date and not tell Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0about it. And, when Robert A didn\u2019t show up for the trial, the DA would issue a Fugitive Warrant<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0against Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>. So, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, with some inside the Courthouse information would immediately and secretly come back to Cleveland County from Wisconsin, show up in court the day the trial was set, and demand that the case be tried immediately.<\/p>\n

Also, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0had hired a hot-shot no-nonsense Attorney from outside Cleveland County to try the case. When Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0called his attorney and told him about the DA\u2019s plan and Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0plan, Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Attorney said \u201cNOooo!\u201d This Cleveland County District Attorney has not only attacked YOU (meaning Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>) but, he has also attacked ME<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>. I\u2019m going to put an end to this right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

So, on the day of the expected Trial, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0shows up at the CC Courthouse, Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0witnesses show up and Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Hot-Shot Attorney shows up too. And when DA Bill Young comes into the Courtroom, Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Attorney immediately confronts CC DA Bill Young. \u201cWhy did YOU not give me notice of this trial\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Robert A\u2019s<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Attorney demands from DA Bill Young. DA Bill Young lies and says that he did notice Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Attorney. Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Attorney looks DA Bill Young strait in the eyes and says loudly: \u201cAre YOU Calling ME a liar??? I will have you disbarred for this.\u201d <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>DA Bill Young instantly dismissed this second Felony Charge (that was the same as the original Felony Charge against Robert A)<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>. Robert A <\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>went back to Wisconsin, and later Minnesota, Michigan, The Savannah River Site (Nuclear Bomb related) and Charlotte, all under high-level National Security Clearances.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>AS a wind-up to this Cleveland County Lawfare against Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, Robert A,<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in anticipation of something like this obvious blackmail attempt as previous described and shown below, decided to apply for a Conceal Carry Permit. A permit that would certainly have been denied if anything in this Blackmail letter was true.<\/p>\n

So, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0signed up for the Permit training over at Gaston Community College, obtained all the paperwork and application in secret, filled everything out properly and had everything in order. Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0also listed the CC Senior Superior Court Judge John Gardner<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, CC Sheriff Dan Crawford<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0and the CC District Attorney Bill Young<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0as personal references, knowing that if any of them gave Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0a bad reference, THEY would be in trouble with the FBI, the SBI and perhaps others. The Conceal Carry Permit application was submitted in Cleveland County and approved within the timeframe allowed.<\/p>\n

However, Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0NEVER carried a weapon in a concealed manner and eventually let the permit expire. But, since somebody<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0like Kevin Gordon<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, Johnny Hutchins<\/b><\/u><\/strong>, Robert Queen<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, Ron Humphries<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, Joel Shores,<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Betsy Wells <\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>and perhaps others are trying to blackmail Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0with false, misleading, phony and deceptive information; Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0has decided to reapply for a Conceal-Carry Permit all over again. Only this time Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0will list Superior Court Judge Sally Kirby-Turner<\/b><\/u><\/strong>, Sheriff Alan Norman <\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>and DA Mike Miller<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0as personal references.<\/p>\n

Folks, life is good in Cleveland County when the truth of the matter and the proof of the matter are 100% on your side. And, you don\u2019t particularly give a damn for the opinions of low-information voters and those who are totally content to just go along to get along.<\/p>\n

Also Note that the only thing Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0blocked out in the information below is his Birthdate. Everyone should protect their personal information from the many scammers on the internet and the Robo-Calls.<\/p>\n
