\n\tThe TRUTH of the matter is absolutely necessary in every aspect of the legal system in the United States of America. Truth is also absolutely necessary for our system of Government at every level. Yet, as the guilty verdict of President Donald Trump in this most recent version of political disfunction, Trump\u2019s case in a rigged trial in a New York City Courtroom these past several weeks has brought our Country to a new low in the whole world history of free thought and speech.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\tAs Cleveland County taxpayers are about face the taxation of building the most costly and most secretive county project in all of CC\u2019s history, the New Justice Center, there is one over-riding aspect that has been totally disregarded. The Truth of the Mater!!! How much with this project actually cost? What was the actual need of this project to begin with? How much money does Cleveland County presently have in its bank accounts?? How much DEBT does Cleveland County already have on its books??? And, the most questionable aspect of all is \u201cdoes the Cleveland County Commissioners have the qualifications, abilities or even good sense enough to lead this, or any other project, in any way that is in the best interest of the whole of Cleveland County??? Or, are they just the latest band of Good Ole Boys and girl carrying water for the latest version of the CC Executive Roundtable?? That shadowy, behind the scenes, group of insider wheelers and dealers who run Cleveland County for their own benefit, not the people\u2019s benefit!!!<\/p>\n

\tThe Nit-Wit Cleveland County Commissioners, led by head nit-wits Kevin Gordan and Johnny Hutchins are willing to put Cleveland County Taxpayers on the \u201chook\u201d for several hundreds of Million$ of taxpayer $$$ on a New \u201cJustice Center\u201d Project without one thought toward whether or not this Project will dispense even one bit of REAL JUSTICE. Or the TRUTH of the matter.<\/p>\n

\tAlso, folks, note that this whole series of articles, as all of Robert A\u2019s articles, always revolves around one thing–the TRUTH of the Matter!! Either eye witness accounts or logical conclusions based on keen observations and super critical thinking processes. In this approach, this particular article published by Robert A over twenty years ago, which also directly involves the truth of the matter and the improper administration of JUSTICE right at the exact same spot where the present CC Courthouse as well as the ill-planned New Justice Center Project is to constructed, is a perfect example of what the self-proclaimed \u201celite\u201d in Cleveland County would prefer to do with the TRUTH of the matter. ELIMINATE IT!!! <\/p>\n

A short background:
\n\tOver the years Robert A has done \u201cCourt Watching\u201d of many court cases involving everything from the murder of a small child, school merger, other murders, lawsuits, and other \u201cstuff\u201d down at the present Cleveland County Courthouse. Of all the complaints Robert A has received from citizens about anything, INJ USTICES at the CC Courthouse has been the number one item by any and all accounts. And, just like President Donald J. Trump, Robert A was himself unsuccessfully sued many years ago in a failed attempt to take away Robert A\u2019s First Amendment rights to the Freedoms of Speech and the Press regarding TRUTH!!!<\/p>\n

\tAS you can see, those attempts to shut-up and shut down Robert A were unsuccessful. And, since the so-called NEW Justice Center Project is the most costly county project in CC history, Robert A believes it is important for citizens to know just what has gone on in the past down at the present CC Courthouse and what can be expected to continue to happen at the New Justice Center Project.<\/p>\n

\tSo, folks, let\u2019s lead off with Robert A\u2019s own personal case and add others as we go. This included article below was published by Robert A in his print issue of Citizens For Good Government in the 2002 Primary Elections publication.<\/p>\n

Judge Orders Truth out of the Courtroom!!

\tWe hear the same story every year around Easter time. About how Pontius Pilate was the worst Judge in the history of the world. Pilate set Barabas free and sent Jesus of Galilee to the cross. But Pontius Pilate still had to ask, \u201cWhat is Truth?\u201d (St. John 18:38)
\n\tOn March 11, 2002, Cleveland County beat Pontius Pilate\u2019s record. Not one, but two Judges have declared that truth is not allowed or wanted in the Courts of Cleveland County. Not only declared truth is not wanted in Court, but actually (and officially) ruled and ordered that truth can\u2019t be used. It\u2019s in writing, on paper and in the (Court House) records. Cleveland County has a new First Place Prize. <\/p>\n

\tFirst, in unemployment. First in Video Poker Machines. First in Child Abuse. According to Buck Carr we\u2019re First in drugs under Sheriff Dan Crawford. Close to and maybe First in illiteracy. Now we are First in the worst judges in the history of the world. Times two.
\n\tHere is the story: The controversial Judge Dina Foster, whose decision that the DSS doesn\u2019t have to abide by the Constitution, made PLAYBOY magazine and other publications, has been taken to the Supreme Court by some folks that DO believe in the Constitution. The only newspaper in the world that says Judge Dina was correct is (WAS) the Shelby STAR. Skippy Foster, Judge Dina\u2019s husband, happens to be the Editor at the STAR. And Skippy Foster openly doesn\u2019t say much about the CGG reports of the Star\u2019s \u201cmisrepresentations\u201d. However, Skippy tells the \u201cRev\u201d Tony Brown that some people want to \u201csquash\u201d Robert A. Williams and the CGG. Skippy and the \u201cRev\u201d were regular \u201cpen pals\u201d on the STAR\u2019s Internet website. (Note that Rev Tony Brown is the head Witch of the NC Piedmont Church of Wicca.)<\/p>\n

\tWell, Judge Dina files a lawsuit against Robert A. Williams and the Citizens For Good Government. She says all kinds of things (that) were written about her were false. What you DO read in the Star is about the black boys that were false.
\n\tRobert A. Williams answers Judge Dina\u2019s Lawsuit and denies every allegation of a false statement. That\u2019s how the North Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure say to answer allegations. You \u201cadmit\u201d to certain things that are true and you \u201cdeny\u201d things that are not true. For instance, Williams \u201cAdmitted\u201d to living in Cleveland County, North Carolina, and \u201cdenied\u201d making false statements.<\/p>\n

\tJudge Dina, through her attorney, says that ain\u2019t good enough. She says that \u201ctruth\u2019 was not actually stated as a defense, therefore truth cannot be used. Here is a so-called Duly Elected District Court Judge in the State of North Carolina demanding that \u201ctruth\u2019 cannot be used as a defense against her. It gets better (or worse depending on your perspective).
\n\tWilliams doesn\u2019t cooperate. He looks in the law book for himself. Rule 15 says amendments can be made and \u201cshall be freely given when justice so requires.\u201d Amendments can be made by consent of the parties or by order of a Judge. Even Pontius Pilate would have made the right decision here.<\/p>\n

\tBut, NO!!! In a preliminary hearing on March 11, 2002, Williams asks for Judge Dina\u2019s permission to use \u201ctruth\u201d as a defense. No dice from Judge Dina. So, now it\u2019s going to be up to a Superior Court Judge. The 3-11 Judge\u2019s written order is clear and concise. It says \u201cDuring the course of the hearing, the Defendant orally moved to be permitted to amend his answer to allege truth as a defense. That motion is, in the Court\u2019s discretion, \u201cDENIED.\u201d<\/p>\n

\tNow, TWO Judges in a Cleveland County Courtroom have surpassed Pontius Pilate as being the worst Judge in the history of the world. Officially and in writing a judge has ruled that \u201ctruth\u201d cannot be used as a defense against allegations of false statements. It was God\u2019s will for Pontius Pilate to do what he did. God\u2019s will hasn\u2019t gone very far in our Judicial system here in Cleveland County. Judges have removed God\u2019s Ten Commandments from the Courtroom and removed \u2018Under God\u2019 from our Pledge of Allegiance. Now \u201ctruth\u201d is gone too.<\/p>\n

\tWilliams says, \u201cI haven\u2019t seen such as this since the DSS Board voted against adding a Prayer and the Pledge of Allegiance to their meeting agenda. The next election turned the DSS Board around. It\u2019s too bad we can\u2019t get rid of bad judges at the ballot box. This takes the cake. We should elect some legislators who will take care of this kind of mess instead of just raise our taxes (tax bills).\u201d<\/p>\n

Editor\u2019s Note: A few years later, both Judge Dina Foster and her Shelby Star \u201cwheel\u201d (with a small \u201cw\u201d) husband, \u201cSkippy\u201d Foster, left Cleveland County for good under uncertain and unknown circumstances. DSS Board Members Commissioner Joyce Cashion as well as NC State Senate Candidate Dean Westmoreland lost their elections because of their vote against Prayer and the US Flag!<\/p>\n

Editor\u2019s Note: Folks, there are many other such articles about other CC Court cases that Robert A has written about. AS Robert A has determined that the present CC Courthouse has at least thirty (30) years of life left, if properly repaired where necessary and properly maintained and operated, that this NEW Justice Center (at a TOTAL cost of at least $300 Million dollars) is presently NOT NEEDED!!! For at least 30 more years.<\/p>\n

Stay Tuned Folks, there are many other articles coming about the unne4cessary need for this New Justice Center and how the existing Courthouse and Jail can be adequately be repaired and maintained for suitable service without such wasteful spending and such \u201cshallow\u201d thinking by the CC Commissioners. <\/p>\n

Also. The following actions are the only options available to put a sure stop to the senseless acts and antics of the present Cleveland County Board of Commissioners: Kevin Gordon, Johnny Hutchins, Ronnie Whetstine, Doug Bridges and Deb Hardin\/=. Nit-wits all!<\/p>\n
