Then go vote at the Fallston Precinct as usual-on Election Day. Early morning phone calls put an end to that plan.

Robert A’s phone starts ringing off the hook at exactly 7:04 AM. Robert A had taken his phone out of his bedroom long ago because of all the ROBO calls. Hey, let the Answering machine pick up, Robert A thinks to himself. And call back later.

The caller has different ideas. One call right after the other until Robert A remembers that the ROBO calls don’t usually start until 8:30 AM. Perhaps this is an emergency. So, Robert A gets up, goes to get the phone that he had left in another room the night before and returns the call.

The call was a friend in Grover who gets up early and had gone with her husband to go vote at the Town Hall. They had arrived several minutes before the doors opened at 6:30 AM and were number 1 and number 2 to vote.

Only thing was, when they started the voting process, the Elections Officials informed them that they had Couldn’t vote because YOU HAVE ALREADY VOTED. “How can we have already voted when we were Number 1 and Number 2 thru the door down here in Grover??,” They demanded. “That could have only have happened if we Early Voted and we NEVER do the early voting. We always vote on election day and YOU already know that (they told the Elections official) because YOU have known me all your life since the days I baby sat you when you were a child.” The Grover Elections officials confirmed that was true, but “the computer records show that you and your husband have already voted.”

By this time other voters in Grover had shown up to vote and they were also told that they “had already voted.” Or something else that was not correct. The Grover Elections Officials were in the process of going from a quandary into a full-fledged panic. The early bird voters in Grover were in the process of going from being fully aggravated into being full fledged pissed off. One man threw down his paperwork in anger and walked out the door. One woman, stated, ”Listen, I don’t have time for this confusion, I have a job I have to get to and I don’t get time off to vote. If I don’t get to vote right now, I don’t get to vote at all.” The Elections Officials were on the phone to the Board of Elections Headquarters in Shelby desperately looking for support.

Based on a discussion with Shelby, the Grover Elections officials shut down all their computers at the same time and restarted them, Then they matched the bar code on the Number 1 and Number 2 voters ballots with the bar code on the paperwork they had just filled out and allowed them to mark their ballots. The ballots went into the “Machine” and were scored No 1 and No. 2. With no questions answered about what happened to the ballots that were marked under their names in the Official Early Voting in Shelby or Kings Mountain only. And what happened to those fraudulent ballots and how were they counted.

Then, in a completely separate matter, Voter No 3 was told that she didn’t live within the Grover precinct. Voter Number 3 protested that statement and in the end, was allowed to vote in the Grover precinct.

Voter No 4 was also another matter. Something was wrong with his “stuff” and he was told to leave and come back later. Voter No 4 threw down his paperwork and pen on the table and told the Grover Election officials, “I’ve got to go to work. Call me.” But his paperwork included no telephone number. So, Voter No 4 had no opportunity to vote at all. Even though he had got up early, showed up at the polls in Grover to vote, and was denied the opportunity to vote at all. Totally disenfranchised.

Hours later and still in Grover, a woman comes to vote and is handed a Democrat Primary Ballot. “Oh no” says the Voter. “This is the wrong ballot. I am Registered ‘Unaffiliated’ and I want a Republican ballot. She was then given a Republican Primary Ballot

Folks, it certainly appears that perhaps every voter in Cleveland County has been disenfranchised in some way or another. That there is a very large probability that:

Somebody on a computer somewhere is manipulating not only the voter’s identity so multiple voting can be accomplished;

Registrations altered (kind of like the Rogue Republicans did in the 2022 Elections;

Who they actually voted for?

Or, like Voter No 4 above, who was not allowed to vote at all.

Also, at around 10 AM Robert A walks over to the Fallston Baptist Church to vote. Robert A describes to the Election Officials at Fallston what had happened earlier at Grover and is told: ”That couldn’t have happened. Our computers are not linked to anywhere else.” All the while Robert A is looking at the paperwork he is supposed to be signing that was just printed out by the BOE Computer Printer with information that Robert A did NOT provide on the forms that he had just filled out, But, that information was stored on that local computer or another computer somewhere else. So, there was linkage somewhere that the local election officials perhaps just didn’t know about. Or are not told about. And that DO provide an opportunity for mischief such as hackers allowing ballot boxes to be stuffed or changing the results of an election.

Then, around 1:00PM Robert A calls the Cleveland County Board of Elections in Shelby and asks to speak to the Director. The Director is “out and about” Robert A is told (and that is to be expected on Election Day, Besides, perhaps the Director was down at Grover). Robert A leaves a message-a short version of what has just been provided about the Grover issues and requested a return call at his convenience.

However, the fact that any of this has happened at all is a cause of concern and alarm to all of the Citizens of Cleveland County.

CC Citizens that did take the time out to come vote were not allowed to vote. People have been disenfranchised.

It is totally uncertain that any of the ballots were correctly counted and recorded.

The results of the 2024 Elections are uncertain and are subject to be manipulated. Especially by the CC GOP Rogue Republicans headed by Dennis Bailey and Pam Keller, who have already put out a phony mailer under the name of The Traditional Educational PAC.

Many of the candidates spent very large sum$ on signs, videos, Billboards, Mailers, TV and Radio advertisements, etc. that will be paid for by donors who want a large return on their investment. Thus, creating a large motivation to cheat any which way that they can.

The only way to rectify these voting irregularities is to void the entire CC 2024 primary elections and to repeat them with better regulations and much more stringent oversight. Note that there is plenty of time to redo these 2024 Primary Elections before he 2024 General Elections in November.

Robert A is offering a $100 Reward to the first person who can come up with an acceptable alternative to repeating this 2024 Republican Primary Election.
