And he won\u2019t stop when he gets elected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By now most of Cleveland County has heard about the <strong><u><b>big bruhaha<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0from the CCS School Board meeting this past Monday, January 8, 2024. When CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen and his menagerie voted lock-stepped to break State Law because <strong><u><b>THEY<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0think breaking the law is no big deal. And it is <strong><b>NOT<\/b><\/strong> such a big deal to them since they do it all the time anyway.<\/p>\n<p>The attached <strong><u><b>Formal Complaint<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0prepared by <strong><em><u><b><i>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong> in regard to the majority of the CCS School Board voting to violate state law has already been sent to The Governor, State Attorney General, Cleveland County Sheriff, Cleveland County District Attorney, the NC Department of Public Instruction, the CCS School Board and others. <strong><em><u><b><i>Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong> Formal Complaint is based on fact, is 100% true, and tells the whole story. The facts related to this Formal Complaint is backed up 100% by the CCS School Board video for the January 8, 2024, School Board Meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><b>Robert A\u2019s<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0suggested punishment for the very serious and unlawful actions of the majority on the CCS School Board includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><i><\/i><\/b><strong><em><u><b><i>Censure<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b><i><\/i><\/b><strong><em><u><b><i>Removal from Office<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b><i><\/i><\/b><strong><em><u><b><i>Disqualification from running for the CCS School Board in 2024<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b><i><\/i><\/b><strong><em><u><b><i>All other punishments that are available and appropriate.<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em><u><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><u><b><i>Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0prediction is exactly <strong><em><u><b><i>NOTHING<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0will be done about this egregious.
