Editor\u2019s Note<\/b><\/u><\/strong>: CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen, at the 9\/11\/2023 School Board meeting, did more damage to America than all the terrorist attacks 22 years ago.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

By all measures and accounts, CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen is a traitor, a terrorist, and a madman. At last night\u2019s School Board meeting on the 22nd<\/sup> anniversary of the 9\/11 terrorist attacks upon America; School Board members Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg rightly and upon advice from multiple Constitutional Attorneys, accused Robert Queen, Rodney Fitch, Joel Shores, Ron Humphries, Walter Scott Spurling and Greg Taylor of violating their Constitutional Rights. Blanton and Grigg were specific. They correctly listed violations of the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments of the US Constitution during that infamous \u201cMock Hearing\u201d earlier this year where those six voted to Unconstitutionally censure Blanton and Grigg. To be even more specific:<\/p>\n

  1. Their First Amendment rights to free speech were clearly violated.<\/li>\n
  2. Their Fourth Amendment rights to protection against unreasonable searches and seizures were violated.<\/li>\n
  3. Their Fifth Amendment Rights against Blanton and Grigg’s rights to a fair trial were violated badly by the Queen Crowd\u2019s Kangaroo-type phony hearing. Blanton and Grigg were not allowed to face their accusers and speak freely in their own defense.<\/li>\n
  4. Their Fourteenth Amendment rights as US Citizens to due process and equal protections under the law were severely violated in many, many ways.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Queen\u2019s tyrannical response to these accusations was that \u201cSchool Board Members Constitutional Rights are lessened when they serve on the (CCS) School Board.\u201d <\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    All this happened near the end of the School Board Meetings Regular Agenda during the section named Board Member Comments. Leaving the audience present, including Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, completely and thoroughly shocked by Queen\u2019s foolish, angry, and certainly unpatriotic outburst.<\/p>\n

    After the meeting was temporarily closed for a closed session, Robert A asked School Board Chairman Robert Queen to \u201cexplain just how School Board members Constitutional Rights are lessened when they serve on the CCS School Board??\u201d Robert Queen\u2019s response was quick and threatening. \u201cI don\u2019t have to explain a damn thing to YOU,\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0was Queens first words. Then Queen threatened<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Robert A with expulsion from the meeting which had just been adjourned for the Closed Session that was to be held in another part of the building. Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0quickly informed Robert Queen that the meeting was presently over and he (Robert Queen) now had no authority to expel anybody. That Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong> had just as much right to be on Cleveland County taxpayer-owned property as Robert Queen did at that point. Robert Queen\u2019s face turned as red as a beet and took an evil and mad expression. \u201cI\u2019ll have you thrown out of here\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>was Queen\u2019s words as he moved closer to Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in such a manner that he intended to strike Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>, but Queen\u2019s advance was blocked by the dais between the two. For an instant, it appeared that Robert Queen was going to jump over the dais partition to the level below where <\/i><\/em>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong> was standing unmoved.\u00a0 Then Robert Queen noticed that everybody present at that moment was watching him. Queen, in a touch of reality, then turned away toward the exit to proceed to the Closed Session that had just been called moments before.<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n

    Such a man of vile and uncontrolled temper and delusions of grandeur as Robert Queen has reportedly acted like this before in front of the Cleveland County Commissioners. Who, in a correct response, determined that they would not reappoint Robert Queen to the CCC Board of Trustees. Only to have State Senator Ted Alexander reappoint Queen to the CCC BoT as a General Assembly appointment. This immediately started an immediate uproar within the Cleveland County Republican Party that has caused terrible divisiveness over the past several years. And will continue to do so until Queen\u2019s supporters are finally removed from positions of leadership in the CC GOP and Robert Queen is defeated in the 2024 School Board elections. Gossip has it that Robert Queen has plans to run for Speaker of the House Tim Moore\u2019s seat in the NC General Assembly in 2024, with Tom Moore\u2019s endorsement, while Tim Moore runs for a higher office.<\/p>\n

    Judge for yourself just how foolish and deranged CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen seems to be.<\/p>\n

    Stay tuned folks. This Robert Queen affair with Robert Queen\u2019s illegally censuring School Board Members Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg may be heading to a lawsuit. It seems that news out of Virginia shows that actions of Defamation by Robert Queen against Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg may be a more swift course of legal action against Robert Queen than legal actions against Robert Queen in Federal Court over the Constitutional Rights violation perpetrated against Blanton and Grigg as previously noted. Also, note that Queen and his Waterboys have defamed Blanton and Grigg in what is called Defamation per se. This means Defamation on its face due to Queen, et al censoring Blanton and Grigg on the grounds of an \u201cethics\u201d violation. Which automatically causes damage to a person\u2019s reputation and standing in the community. Many would contribute to Blanton and Grigg’s legal bills if they chose this course of action. The shenanigans of Robert Queen, et al must be stopped as soon as possible. The 14,000 students attending Cleveland County Schools deserve better leaders than this.<\/p>\n
