Conclusions and comments will come later!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pdfprnt-buttons pdfprnt-buttons-post pdfprnt-top-right\"><a href=\"https:\/\/citizensforgoodgovernment.org\/online\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6282?print=pdf\" class=\"pdfprnt-button pdfprnt-button-pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/citizensforgoodgovernment.org\/online\/wp-content\/plugins\/pdf-print\/images\/pdf.png\" alt=\"image_pdf\" title=\"View PDF\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/citizensforgoodgovernment.org\/online\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/6282?print=print\" class=\"pdfprnt-button pdfprnt-button-print\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/citizensforgoodgovernment.org\/online\/wp-content\/plugins\/pdf-print\/images\/print.png\" alt=\"image_print\" title=\"Print Content\" \/><\/a><\/div><p>Just about every TV Station and Newspaper in the State of North Carolina has been reporting on a lawsuit filed yesterday in the Wake County Superior Court alleging:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That NC Speaker of the House Tim Moore seduced and became engaged in a long-term sexual affair with a Raleigh woman who was married to a political associate.<\/li>\n<li>That Tim Moore had sex with women who were seeking political and perhaps other favors.<\/li>\n<li>That Moore and this married woman engaged in sexual acts that involved group sex,<\/li>\n<li>That when the married woman\u2019s husband discovered the affair, Tim Moore and a \u201cJohn Doe\u201d co-defendant allegedly harassed and retaliated against the woman\u2019s husband.<\/li>\n<li>That the Married woman feared if she broke off the affair, Moore would retaliate and cause her to lose her State Job.<\/li>\n<li>That the amount of damages the husband expected to be paid by Tim Moore was $200,000 plus legal expenses.<\/li>\n<li>The married couple are getting a divorce.<\/li>\n<li>And other miscellaneous allegations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A full copy of this lawsuit against Tim Moore is provided at the end of this article as well as links to various TV News reports and other information. These are all interesting reads.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>When <strong><u><b>Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0first got wind of this lawsuit early this morning, his first thought was about the strange timing of the lawsuit. The alleged affair was supposedly discovered December 22, 2022, yet the lawsuit was filed June 18, 2023. About the time when the General Assembly is about to redraw district maps that allegedly will create a US Congressional seat that Tim Moore has been rumored to be interested in running for. So, <strong><u><b>Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>, scrolled down to the last page of the lawsuit looking for the main Attorney\u2019s name. It\u2019s probably a Democrat, <strong><u><b>Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0guessed. The lead attorney\u2019s name was Kristin H. Ruth. And, sure enough, Kristin Holmquist Ruth is a registered Democrat in Wake County, NC.<\/p>\n<p>Then <strong><u><b>Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0googles Kristin Holmquist Ruth and finds that Ms. Ruth, up to 2012 was a Wake County District Court Judge who got caught illegally \u201cfixing\u201d DWI cases. Judge Ruth was charged with criminal acts. She pled guilty. Resigned as a judge. Worked out a Plea Deal with the Wake County DA. Did community service and said she was sorry. Her criminal charges were then dismissed and the NC State Bar \u201ccensured\u201d her but let her keep her License to practice law. Judge Ruth\u2019s hearing on this matter was recorded and <strong><u><b>Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0watched the whole thing. That link is also included at the end of this article. Now, eleven years later, Lawyer Kristin H. Ruth is the lead attorney suing Tim Moore.<\/p>\n<p>According to Tim Moore, he can\u2019t wait to get this case into a Courtroom. <strong><b>Heck, we can\u2019t wait either.<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Tim is already on thin ice because of his well-hidden support of the CCS School Board\u2019s set of six fools led by Robert Queen. Tim Moore is also listed, along with Robert Queen, as <strong><u><b>References<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0on the Cleveland County School Board\u2019s attorneys, (The Sink Law Firm, Jonathan and Leigha) <strong><u><b>RoadWhore Marketing Proposals<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0to various school boards across North Carolina seeking to provide legal services to their school districts at the same high rates as they are under contract with Cleveland County Schools. Which is a $5,000 per month retainer that includes 5 hours work per month. Any extra hours are billed at $200 per hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Folks, we will not provide links to any of the many TV News articles about the allegations regarding Tim Moore as they have already been aired on TV many times now, but are only snippets of the whole story that was told in the lawsuit Complaint itself. We WILL provide the lawsuit and suggest that all readers take the time to read every page. Speaker of the House Tim Moore is a powerful person in North Carolina Government and is put into that position by Cleveland County voters.
