Stroud sets high expectations for the CCS School Board. \u00a0\u00a0It is also likely that not every School Board Member will be fully aware of all laws, policies, situations and history the very first minute they are elected as school board members. <strong><em><b><i>HOWEVER, No CCS School Board Member should ever vote FOR any item that is before them unless they are fully aware of all the circumstances, laws, etc. And whether or not it is in the best interest of the Students, CCS and the Taxpayers.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>This is <\/b><\/strong><strong><u><b>Robert A\u2019s <\/b><\/u><\/strong><strong><b>Number One recommendation to ALL school board members: <\/b><\/strong><strong><u><b>When ANY School Board member is in doubt for any reason, YOU SHOULD ALWAYS VOTE NO!!! Until YOU are provided with sufficient information for YOU to vote YES!! <\/b><\/u><\/strong><strong><b>This should be the standard practice for all school board members. WHEN IN DOUBT, DON\u2019T DO IT!!! That is always good advice.<\/b><\/strong><strong><em><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sandra P. When Shelby Schools refused to teach a deaf child, Sandra Stroud single-handedly made Shelby Schools mend their ways. When the Cleveland County Commissioners surrendered to a Federal Lawsuit against them by agreeing to a settlement that was Un-Constitutional; Sandra Stroud put her name and money behind a Federal Lawsuit and took the Cleveland County Commissioners to the US Federal Courts in Washington, DC and made the Commissioners mend their cowardly ways. We want no more corruption like what was found out about the Catawba Casino, the bribed sale of our hospital for 2 cents on the dollar, endless sales tax increase referendums, endless property revaluations where Cleveland County has deployed drones to peep into our bedroom windows looking for whatever it is that they can use to raise property taxes over.
