No Good Government:<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0by Sandra Stroud<\/p>\n

I\u2019m convinced by what I see and hear that there is no (such thing as) \u201cgood government.\u201d The federal government under Joe Biden and his far-left democrats have brought this country to a place that I never imagined. The ideologs are bringing a great nation to ruin and we\u2019re all just standing around and worrying about things like our nation at war with China, can we afford an electric vehicle in 9-10 years or will we be able to use our gas stoves and have air-conditioning in our home<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s all very scary to think that an old man with declining mental capacity who has made himself wealthy with illegal boat-loads of money from foreign countries can bring a great nation to ruin. What is wrong with us??? Do we not care about our future and the future of our families? We must fight against tyranny!!<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Good Government in Cleveland County died out 20-25 years ago when we started electing people to head up our government who had agendas for personal gain as was played out by some of our former commissioners. How can we forget \u201cSchool Merger\u201d being crammed down our throats amidst our protests?? All of our healthcare facilities being sold or given away right under our noses? Our beautiful historic Courthouse being given to a crowd of \u201cvisionaries.\u201d We\u2019re still waiting for payment on this debt they owe Cleveland County.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

You see, there is no good government anymore. We elect people to run our government who either want to enrich themselves financially or they have aspirations of elevating themselves or family member into high paying positions. Too many of them want to be career politicians.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s all up to us to make the needed changes. I\u2019ll also add that there is no such thing as a \u201cgood ole democrat\u201d anymore. I advise that your choice in politics is on the wrong side of history if you are holding on to that ideology-unless you are filthy rich.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Perhaps this Biblical teaching and others like it are a much better solutions to the problems facing Cleveland Count today than anything else that has been offered-up by the left-wing, socialist, liberal democrats and the Foolish Rogue Republicans who are just as bad.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Could it be that <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and two other like-minded Commissioner candidates and lots of voters should be the ones wielding the \u201cRod of Correction\u201d to the Cleveland County government?? Driving out the foolishness as well as the corruption and the waste in the process.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

We want no more corruption like what was found out about the Catawba Casino, the bribed sale of our hospital for 2 cents on the dollar, endless sales tax increase referendums, endless property revaluations where Cleveland County has deployed drones to peep into our bedroom windows looking for whatever it is that they can use to raise property taxes over. And it goes on and on.<\/p>\n
