Editor\u2019s Note<\/b><\/strong>: Folks, by now you know that when Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0calls a report a \u201cGossip Report, he is protecting the identity of a source. That Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0believes the report is 100% true.<\/p>\n

A recent message to Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0that stated \u201cBrawls at the CCS Early College High School (at the LeGrand Center) are commonplace.\u201d And, why would Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0NOT believe this? Brawls are now commonplace at just about every other CCS school. Except maybe for the elementary schools. Maybe. And the CCS Administration as well as the School Board refuses to talk about it or do anything. The School Board refuses to put these brawls, often recorded on students\u2019 cell phones and posted on Facebook, on School Board Meeting Agendas. The same with bullying.<\/p>\n

At the March 13, 2023 School Board meeting, Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0reminded the School Board during Public Participation that \u201cNine Speakers in a row (later ten) had complained to the School Board that bullying\u201d at CCS was real and should be immediately stopped. Also, a large contingent of the School board Meeting audience has taken up with silently protesting bullying with large signs at the past two school board meetings and are most likely NOT going to stop until the School Board takes real action and does something substantial AND effective<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0about stopping bullying.<\/p>\n

Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0is now challenging every parent with kids at Cleveland County Schools to contact CCS School Superintendent Stephen Fisher as well as School Board Chairman Robert Queen (and all the school board members) and demand an item on the April School Board meeting agenda especially for the purpose of addressing the School Board to demand bullying to stopped immediately. And YOU parents are not asking, you are demanding that effective action be taken immediately. That YOU are not interested in waiting for \u201csomething (?)\u201d to work its way through some sort of a nebulous \u201cChain of Command.\u201d That if the School Board can\u2019t or won\u2019t do anything immediately, then they should IMMEDIATELY resign from the School Board and make way for others who WILL do something immediately to stop bullying.<\/p>\n

This is what <\/b><\/strong>Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0would do as the School Board Chairman at the Next School Board meeting to immediately stop bullying:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n
