Since severe Retaliation is alive and well in Cleveland County and <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0is well aware that, not only is the source of information to him subject to retaliation, but their children or other family members are too. That is why <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0so often uses pen names. To protect the identity of persons who are sincerely concerned with the corruption in Cleveland County, but are themselves afraid to expose it. In this instance, Ms. Sandra P. Stroud was so incensed by the lies, false accusations and the MOB rule of School Board Chairman Robert P. Queen and Vice-Chairman Joel Shores that she wrote the letter shown below to Mr. Queen and copied me, Joel Shores and many others. All using her name. Ms. Stroud specifically requested that I put this letter out to the public and USE her name. However, <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0has withheld Ms. Stroud\u2019s address as most corruption is also connected to cowardice. And VANDALISM is most often committed by cowards. Lying cowards at that!!<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Folks, Robert A<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><\/u><\/strong>published an article on December 11, 2022 titled County Manager Scolds School Board Chairman Robert Queen!!!<\/b><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0The particular incident was when Robert Queen drove an EMS ambulance away during a medical emergency caused by a gang fight at the Burns v. Crest High School football game. The incident happened in August 29th at Crest High School. The e-mail message from County Manager Brian Epley and EMS Director Tommy McNeilly was sent to Robert Queen on September 8th<\/sup>, 2022. And Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0received<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0a copy of the email in the US Mail enclosed in a Christmas Card sent to me by Ms. Sandra Stroud on December 9th, 2022. Ms. Stroud\u2019s letter provided below will tell about how SHE learned of the incident at Crest High School and how she sent the Queen scolding e-mail to Robert A.<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

When Robert Queen read Robert A\u2019s<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>article of December 11, 2022, his hot-temper and thin-skin caused him to blow a gasket. His scolding by the County Manager as well as the EMS Director was out and Queen was mad<\/b><\/u><\/strong>, to say the least.<\/p>\n

School Bord Chairman Robert Queen almost instantaneously replied to Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and about 75 others in an incredibly stupid response that accused Robert A<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and Dr. Danny Blanton of obtaining the e-mail and falsifying the e-mail to make him look bad. Better yet, here is exactly what Robert Queen said in his FIRST e-mail:<\/p>\n

Congratulations, Mr. Williams. You have reached a new low for even you. To twist or make light of a person\u2019s community service to gain a few readers is appalling. (RAW reply-There were no \u201ctwisting\u201d or \u201cmaking light\u201d of Robert Queen\u2019s Community Service in the article in question. Mr. Queen is obviously trying to change the subject away from his \u201cscolded\u201d activities.)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A few facts:<\/p>\n

The county manager did NOT underline any statements in his email. It\u2019s obvious that you retyped the email because you misspelled plenty of words. You\u2019re supposed to be an educated man. At least proofread your stuff or use spell check.\u00a0\u00a0(RAW reply-The copy pf the e-mail received had underlines passages. Ms. Stroud\u2019s letter below will straighten out Mr. Queen on this silly point. RAW admits that he sometimes misspells words in the form of typos Besides, RAW often uses underlines for illustrative purposes. Why won\u2019t Robert Queen \u201cfess-up\u201d to what HE did and that it was WRONG.)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In defense of EMS, I\u2019m sure the doors of the ambulance were working when they got to the field or they would not have been able to remove the stretcher from the back. Equipment breaks at inopportune times. I do not believe EMS knowingly sent defective equipment to the game.<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(RAW reply-Mr. Queen has no knowledge regarding the problems with using the original ambulance. Besides, that question was to the EMS, NOT Robert Queen. Yet another attempt by Mr. Queen to divert the attention somewhere else.)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I did not drive the ambulance away<\/u>. \u00a0I did not want the patient to be wheeled back across the field to the ambulance.\u00a0(RAW reply-Note Mr. Queen\u2019s use of underlines. Mr. Queen did indeed move the EMS Ambulance <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>away<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0from where the EMS had the Ambulance parked. Mr. Queen\u2019s \u201cplay\u201d on words here is just another attempt to divert the reader\u2019s attention on what HE did.)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I did tell the paramedic and the deputy providing patient care that I was going to get the ambulance and move it closer. Neither one told me not to do it. The paramedic probably didn\u2019t know me but the deputy certainly did.\u00a0(RAW-reply-Now Mr. Queen admits that he moved the ambulance <\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong>away<\/i><\/b><\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0from where EMS had parked it. EMS and the Sheriff\u2019s Department had their hands full with three medical emergencies as well as a gang fight. THEY had no time to be diverted away from the issues at hand to discuss ANYTHING with Mr. Queen.)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

I am in my 40th<\/sup>\u00a0year as a volunteer firefighter and first responder. I\u2019ve driven emergency vehicles for 38 of those years I have moved ambulances on scene or driven them to the hospital dozens of times. Firefighters are quite often dispatched to provide a driver for EMS when patient care requires both paramedics to be in the back of the ambulance.\u00a0(RAW reply-Mr. Queen has already admitted that HE drove the EMS ambulance away without permission. Mr. Queen is NOT an EMS employee and HE put Cleveland County at risk of a lawsuit if there were any problems or injury due to HIM moving the Ambulance. The County Manager knows that. THE EMS Director knows that. Why is it so strange that Mr. Robert Queen continues to TRY to justify HIS mistaken acts? Or even admit that what he did was wrong.)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

A few weeks after this incident, EMS responded to an injured player on the field at a Crest game. When returning to the ambulance, one of the paramedics fell injuring their knee. I left my seat in the stands to help care for the paramedic. Since EMS was down one person due to injury, I offered to drive the ambulance to the fieldhouse and then on to the hospital. In this case, transport of the patient to the hospital would have been delayed had I not been there. (RAW reply-Another \u201ccurve-ball\u201d lie by Mr. Robert Queen. Mr. Queen, in HIS own words, came down from the stands and \u201cOffered\u201d to drive the ambulance. What if 150 people came down from the stands wanting to drive the ambulance? \u00a0What a scene that would have been? Would the EMS had to make the crowd \u201cdraw straws\u201d to pick the one to drive the ambulance. NO, Mr. Queen. Apparently, YOU didn\u2019t get to drive that ambulance and the County Manager and the EMS Director are telling YOU not to just up and drive away with THEIR ambulances at any time. It is YOU, Mr. Robert P. Queen who is NOT getting the message.)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

You say the email was done in secret. If so, how did Danny Blanton know about the email and make a public records request for it the very next day (September 9th<\/sup>)?\u00a0 I\u2019m surprised you haven\u2019t written about this before since you and Blanton are joined at the hip.\u00a0<\/i><\/em>(RAW reply-Mr. Queen\u2019s statements are 100% false or irrelevant. Ms. Sandra P. Stroud\u2019s letter (below) tells the tale on Mr. Robert Queen in this regard.)<\/i><\/b><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Why was there a need to send the email since I had already talked to the county manager and commissioner chair? Looks like a public record was intentionally created so it could be leaked to Blanton. Maybe someone is happy \u2013 maybe the leak backfired. (RAW reply-More false and incriminating statements from Mr. Robert Queen. Ms. Sandra P. Stroud\u2019s letter below shows Mr. Robert Queen for exactly what HE is. Read the letter below.
