Folks, by now everybody in Cleveland County has heard about the phony \u201cpolitical dirty trick\u201d letter School Board Chairman Robert \u201cLuke\u201d Queen wrote to Danny Blanton and \u201cleaked\u201d to the Shelby Star and Rogue Republicans Guy Smith, Kevin Whisnant and others falsely claiming School Board member Danny Blanton had done bad things. One report was that Blanton had stolen a School System owned tractor. All this was sent to the Shelby Star with the intent of defeating Danny Blanton in the 2022 Republican Primary Elections. And the Shelby Daily Liar did their part by publishing a FRONT-PAGE article right before the Primary Election Day.<\/p>\n

Of course, the MAJOR majority of Unaffiliated and Good Republican voters saw through the Rogue Republican dirty trick scheme and Danny Blanton was the clear winner in the School Board Primary election. Followed closely on the winning ticket by Ronnie Grigg.<\/p>\n

Now, it is time for the first School Board Meeting after the dust has settled from the 2022 Primary Election. It is time for Robert \u201cLuke\u201d Queen to put-up or be thrown out from the Cleveland County School Board. It is time for the School Board, as a whole, to fess up about this phony Luke Queen letter and about this phony School board Chairman Luke Queen.<\/p>\n

This Luke Queen \u201cLetter\u201d was not on the advanced copy of the School Board Agenda for the June 13, 2022 School Board meeting. So, Robert A, as a citizen and taxpayer in Cleveland County took the appropriate action. He sent this \u201cOfficial Message\u201d to all the Cleveland County School Board requesting this issue be added to the June 13, 2022 Meeting Agenda. The text of this message is shown Below:<\/p>\n

To All Cleveland County School Board Members:<\/p>\n

Chairman Robert Queen has made very serious written allegations regarding School Board member Danny Blanton. Why is this NOT on the agenda???

\nI know every School Board member has this Robert Queen letter because I received it via a Public Records Request and sent it to each and every one of you so YOU cannot deny knowing about it.<\/p>\n

Please add to the agenda. And, do your job. Either Queen\u2019s letter has merit or it does not have merit and was written for malicious purposes. Either way, SOMEBODY needs to be disciplined. From what I have seen, it is Chairman Robert Queen that needs to be severely disciplined and removed as Chairman. At least. Better, REMOVED from office.

\nThe 2022 School Board Primary Election clearly demands the School Board to act on this issue. And, so do I. As well as many others!!! We are all proud that Danny Blanton stands up for our children, parents and teachers. Again, do your job. Put this on the agenda and allow the public to speak on this as long as it takes to resolve this issue.

Also note that the Chairman of the School Board, Luke Queen, sets the meeting agenda. However, upon a motion, second and a majority vote by any other members to add this item to the agenda, it gets added to the agenda.<\/p>\n

The Democrats on the School Board running for re-election would be foolish NOT to be the ones making that motion and making that second to the motion. Making the Rogue Republicans on the School Board have to vote on the motion. And also, to make a motion, after hearing Queen\u2019s phony statements, to properly discipline Luke Queen by removing him as Chairman or even expulsion. <\/p>\n
