Note that this letter and envelope are appended at the end of this message so everybody can read this for themselves. Also, Note the word \u201cTHEY.\u201d<\/strong> Obviously, a reference to the Rogue Republican \u201cSnub-licans\u201d led by Dennis Bailey, Kevin Whisnant, Ron Humphries, Wes Westmoreland, David Allen and others. Now accompanied by Republican School Board Candidates Walter Scott Spurling and Aaron Bridges. Who have done everything, EXCEPT to distance themselves from all the Dirty Tricks by denouncing them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As for Robert A., he distinctly remembers the allegations of CCS property, a bucket truck, tractors and other equipment allegedly stolen from CCS about this time. He also remembers that the Sheriff\u2019s Department and the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) were involved in this investigation. School Board member Joel Shores, then with the Sheriff\u2019s Department, and Amy Sneer, formerly of the Cleveland County DSS, then with the SBI, friends, were the chief investigators of this investigation that never resulted in any criminal charges.<\/p>\n

Ahh!!, was the name of Joel Shores just mentioned?? Joel Shores, the School Board Vice Chairman, who might have some knowledge of that investigation and is feeding it to the Rogue Republican Snub-licans? The Rogue Snub-licans who are so \u201cfit to be tied\u201d to get Danny Blanton off the School Board and keep Ronnie Grigg off the School Board. If so, one must calculate that this accusatory and defamatory6 letter about
\nDanny Blanton, that was sent to Robert A., will also be sent to the Shelby Daily Liar<\/strong>. Sometime between NOW and the November 8, 2022 Election Day. Hopefully a new investigation by the Sheriff\u2019s Department and a prosecution by the District Attorney\u2019s Office will have the culprits in jail by that time.<\/p>\n

It should be noted at this point that Robert A. did indeed send this letter and envelope to the Sheriff\u2019s Department as well as the District Attorney. The message from Robert A. went like this:<\/p>\n

\nI have attached an advance copy of an anonymous letter and the envelope it was sent in that accuses School Board Member Danny Blanton of stealing a CCS owned Tractor.
\n\u00a0
\nThe envelope was postmarked May 20, 2022 and I received the letter on May 24, 2022. If you need the originals, I will provide them to you.
\n\u00a0
\nNote that the letter\u00a0appears to be an 8-1\/2 by 11 sheet with the Letter head trimmed off. I suspect the letter came directly from the CCS Central offices.

\nIt would be nice if those sending such stuff could be caught and prosecuted.
\n\u00a0
\nI plan on making this letter public, asking for any information to be sent directly to the Cleveland County Sheriff\u2019s Office.

This message was set to Danny Blanton, Sheriff Alan Norman and District Attorney at 1:15 PM May 25, 2022. <\/p>\n

If anybody, anywhere has any information regarding the attached letter and the allegations made, Please call the Cleveland County Sheriff\u2019s Department directly.<\/strong><\/p>\n

But this is not the end of this story.<\/p>\n

Robert A. also called Danny Blanton and read this letter to him over the phone. Here are some key statements made by Mr. Danny Blanton:<\/p>\n

\uf0b7Mr. Blanton emphatically requested that I send this letter to the Cleveland County Sheriff and District Attorney. The letter is false and he wants it investigated and the guilty parties prosecuted-whomever they may be. That this was just another Election Year Dirty Trick and that he suspected Robert Queen and others being involved. Just like the phony Robert Queen Letter that found its way to the Shelby Star.
\n\uf0b7Mr. Blanton stated he retired from the \u201cold\u201d Cleveland County Schools District in 2001. Years before merger-which became effective in 2004. And he never had any contact with the Shelby City Schools or any of their equipment. Including any such tractor as noted in the letter.
\n\uf0b7Mr. Blanton stated that any person that is employed by Cleveland County Schools, including Board Members, that break the law, should be held accountable and prosecuted when appropriate.
\n\uf0b7Mr. Blanton stated that he hopes the Sheriff and District Attorney will re-open this investigation and the Credit Card (P-Card) investigation and hold accountable\/prosecute every person who violated law or policy.<\/p>\n

Robert A. adds:<\/p>\n

\uf0b7Upon information and belief, many incriminating documents and records at CCS related to P-Card misuse were shredded prior to the any investigation.
\n\uf0b7Upon information and belief, bolstered by School Board member Kathy Falls\u2019 inadvertent statement, that the audit of CCS records regarding misuse of CCS P-Cards was diverted to records that had been pre-screened prior to an outside audit such that there was none of the audited records that would include incriminating evidence.
\n\uf0b7Upon information and belief, an official in the District Attorney\u2019s Office met at a restaurant in Boiling Springs with high level CCS Administration and School Board member(s) and bargained that if then Superintendent Bruce Boyles would quickly resign, there would no prosecutions and any findings by the SBI would be squelched.
\n\uf0b7No prosecutions for P-Card fraud or anything else occurred regarding missing equipment or P-Card fraud.<\/p>\n

Have a good day Cleveland County!!! Robert A. believes things are going to get worse before they get any better. However, leading some Rogue Republican Snub-licans scofflaws off in handcuffs may speed things up a bit.<\/p>\n
