Although sounds like that Attorney may be reaching to “Violating people’s US Constitutionally Protected Rights” where, two or more instances, constitute a “Continuing Course of Conduct” which automatically becomes a R.I.C.O. violation. Federal Felonies. As well as Civil Forfeiture of everything the Attorney Owns (of course, will now try to avoid that by putting it into the Name of someone they “trust” lol).<\/p>\n

On the State Level, theft of money, under false pretenses, Conspiracy to Defraud, Acting as an Officer of the Court (like intimidating Citizens Under Color of Authority. As well as MANY other Civil and Criminal Violations.<\/p>\n

SHAME on these FAKE R’s who obviously prefer “fake, perceived power” over following the U.S. Constitution. R’s like these, make the DEMONRATS start to look good (SICK).<\/p>\n
