This happened this very morning, March 1, 2022. I am also told that there are entries on Facebook regarding this very matter.<\/p>\n<p>So far, I have received NO reports regarding:<br \/>\n\uf0b7Whether or not the School Resource Officer was involved<br \/>\n\uf0b7Whether or not CCS School Board policies were violated<br \/>\n\uf0b7Whether or not any disciplinary actions have been taken against the KM Assistant Principal, Mr. Morehead, or the two girls that were fighting.<br \/>\n\uf0b7Whether or not any criminal arrest warrants or civil complaints have been taken against anybody<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned folks. When I receive additional information, I will forward that information on to you.<\/p>\n<p>Note that a previous \u201cskirmish\u201d between an autistic Kings Mountain female high school student and a KM Policeman Resource Officer resulted in a lawsuit against CCS that caused Cleveland County Schools to have to \u201csettle\u201d with the girl\u2019s family for well into six figures$.
