Breaking News!!
Parents, send you kids to Crest High School at their own risk!!!
The caller stated that on Monday Morning, Feb. 18, 2019 at around 10 AM a white LGBTQ school Resource Officer at Crest High School responded to some sort of skirmish, altercation or whatever, broke it up and was escorting the perps to the office when he was attacked from behind by a pre4gnant black female by jumping on the officers back. In response the alleged LGBTQ officer tazered the student. The incident is also reported to be recorded on Crest High School surveillance cameras.
I immediately sent a request for information to the CCS School Board, Superintendent and Communications Officer as well as the Cleveland County Sheriff Alan Norman and the County Commissioners that stated:

Under the Freedom of Information Act as well as North Carolina Public Records laws, please provide the following:
1. Any and all press releases to any media, reports, Incident Reports, Arrest Reports, injuries, required medical assistance or medical treatments, documents, communications of any kind, emails, etc. regarding any CCS student that was “Taz’ed” today, or any other day, at Crest High School or any other high school in Cleveland County.
It might be expected that the students name might be redacted-depending on age, but every other bit of information should be public record.
Thanks,
Robert A. Williams
So far, NO information has been provided.
Not one bit of “transparency” from the School Board, CCS administration, The Commissioners or the Sheriff. So much for truth, transparency, trust and honesty. We will let you know what comes from this report that has been confirmed to have happened.
So much for school safety too. Citizens and Parents need, expect and deserve to know that their children are safe at Cleveland County Schools. As well as knowing that CCS and Sheriff’s Office Personnel are sufficient to provide school safety in the first place. Based on the lack of response to this request for information, I consider that Cleveland County schools are not safe. Not safe for students. Not safe even for an armed Resource Officer.
What else can you conclude? Call your kids’ schools. Call CCS School Board Members, Call CCS Administration and the Sheriff. Call the Commissioners. Demand answers. Ask whether or not your children are safe at school. Then demand PROOF that they are safe. Remember this article at Election time. In the meantime, sign up your students for Pinnacle Classical Academy. PCA doesn’t seem to have problems like this.
