Breaking News!!!–CCS Screws Hourly Employees!!! Monthly Paychecks cut between $200 to $800 Report by Robert A. Williams

School Board member Danny Blanton has Posted the following message on his Facebook Page. It states as shown below. My sources indicate paychecks are reported to be $200 to $800 less than the month before with most cuts being in the $200-$300 range. Note that CCS Superintendent Stephen Fisher recently got a pay increase of approximately $5,000+ and Assist. Superintendent Jennifer Wampler was promoted beyond her level of competence and received a significant pay increase also.

This is School Board Member Danny Blanton’s Message. My recommendation is to call Mr. Blanton ASAP if you are a CCS Hourly Employee whose paycheck has been cut and follow his instructions.

If you are an hourly paid employee of Cleveland County Schools, and have concerns about your paycheck, please give me a call at 704-477-7188 and I will direct you to the appropriate contact person.

After you have taken care of business with Mr. Blanton, please remember that School Board members Shearra Miller, Richard Hooker, Roger Harris, Jo Boggs and Jeff Jones are up for reelection in 2020.

Also remember County Commissioners Susan Allen, Ronnie Whetstine and Johnny Hutchins are also up for reelection in 2020. These three commissioners who keep on giving the ALWS and the Fair tons of money while freezing county employee pay for years. Without regard or consideration of us little people who need their paychecks to make ends meet.

This is just incredible. People need to wake up. Sounds like 1000’s of dollars are going to the wrong places. Whatever happened to being good stewards of what you have been given?

Fisher is a thug and a dang crook. How in the world could he treat his workers this way? He considers these people beneath him and took their money for his own big raise and paycheck – AND country club lifestyle. These are real people who are struggling to put groceries on the table. How does he sleep at night ? Has anyone contacted the state auditor to look in to this misgivings ?
