Editor’s Note: Communities-In-Schools has long been a source of corruption and cover-up. Especially when School Board Member Roger Harris was the Board Chairman. Now Chairman Roger Holland continues with that Culture of Corruption. The following message is the latest example that I have heard of. On top of the widespread zipper problems and wasteful spending which the School Board keeps on pumping tons of $$$ into.
This is the latest report:
Mr Williams,
Do you know why Communities in Schools is paying someone to do nothing in their office AFTER they were removed from a school (Crest Middle School) for apparent inappropriate behavior AND the CCS school board said this individual could no longer set foot in ANY school in the system.
This individual has been seen walking around both the CCS central office building and CIS office on his phone. Multiple times. For long periods of time. How is CIS’s board okay with this? Is this good use of taxpayer money? Or the apparent grant that pays for his paycheck? And why didn’t CIS replace him at Crest Middle School? More horrible leadership within CIS.
I know you aren’t a fan of CIS. The people they have working within the schools are golden. It’s the (main) office that contains the bad apples.
Thank you for trying to keep the institutions honest!
Editor’s Note: The following are the CIS Board of Directors: I have underlined the main Board Members I consider to be the leaders in the Culture of Corruption:

Roger Holland, Chair
Jeff Ledford, Vice-Chair
Hugh Sandoe, Treasurer
Lori Wilson, Secretary
Dr. Stephen Fisher
Dr. Greg Grier
Roger Harris
James Jordan

Steve McKee
Dr. Greg Shull
