Why does Cleveland County Schools NOT require    teaching CCS students reading and writing in cursive??? Robert Queen and Joel Shores violate CCS Code of Ethics in visit to Communities in Schools!!! Report by Robert A

At the end of this article, you will find a screenshot of an entry by Cleveland County Communities In Schools (CIS) that was posted recently on the CIS Facebook page. In the two pictures included, YOU will see CCS School Board Chairman Robert Queen and Vice-Chairman Joel Shores doing exactly the same thing that they (along with Walter Scott Spurling, Rodney Fitch, Ron Humphries and Greg Taylor) voted to CENSURE Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg for at their phony-baloney Special Called School Board Kangaroo Court Meeting on May 30, 2023. Which was exercising their First Amendment Right to speak out to the public. In Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg’s situation, they were calling for accountability for the vandalism at Burns High School on the evening of May 18, 2023. For Queen and Shores, they were smoozing-up to the Communities in Schools crowd in an early re-election photo-op in preparation for their 2024 School Board re-election campaign. What a bunch of hypocritical scumbags Robert Queen, Joel Shores, Walter Scott Spurling, Rodney Fitch, Ron Humphries and Greg Taylor have turned out to be. But, saying that is not the main purpose of this article.

The main purpose of this article is to point out the question the CIS kids asked buried deep in the text of this CIS Facebook post. The question is “Why learning Cursive writing is no longer required (at Cleveland County Schools)?”

Writing one’s own name in cursive is called a signature. Signatures are required to cash payroll checks and other legal documents. The failure of graduated students from Cleveland County Schools to be able to sign their own paychecks has long been an indicator of just how bad Cleveland County Schools are in education our children. Even Robert Queen back in 2015 (before he became such an obvious liar) questioned the value of a CCS High School diploma when CCS graduated close to 90% of their students and only 35% or so of those graduating seniors were proficient in reading, writing and arithmetic. And everybody in Cleveland County is aware of somebody that graduated CCS that can’t sign their name on their paycheck. If they were able to earn a paycheck in the first place.

So, this question that the CIS kids asked Queen and Shores has been asked thousands of times to CCS. Robert A has asked this same question to CCS many times himself and got the runaround every time for an answer.

NOW, Robert A wants to know what Robert Queen and Joel Shores told those CIS kids in answer to that question. NOW, Robert A is asking Robert Queen, Joel Shores, Rodney Fitch, Ron Humphries, Walter Scott Spurling, Greg Taylor and Stephen Fisher these three Questions:

  1. Is CCS teaching cursive writing to CCS Students??
  2. If not, WHY NOT??
  3. What is CCS teaching instead?? Gay Pride, CRT, how to be Transgender and not tell your parents, or what??!!
