While, in Shelby, “Failure just breeds more failure.” Willie’s Sports Complex in Athens helps keep Georgia youth out of jail. While Shelby and Cleveland County are building a new $200,000,000+ Jail and Courthouse complex as we speak. And CCS schools are teaching our youth to do just what it takes to fill up that expensive new jail just as soon as it can be built. Won’t we ever learn???
