In Ballot tampering scheme already in progress in Cleveland County!? CC Board of Elections Neck Deep in the corruption too!!!??? Pieces of the Puzzle collected and put together by Robert A

Editor’s Note: Folks, North Carolina is considered a “swing state” in National Political Circles. Especially in the US Senate race between Biden supported Democrat Cheri Beasley and Trump supported candidate Ted Budd. Tons of cash money are in play in this race. And, with that much cash money floating around, there are always lots of greedy people around that are willing to do lots of bad, bad stuff, just for a piece of that action. That might explain a lot of the weird stuff that has been going on in the CCS School Board race??? And other races too!!!

Folks, let us first consider some old information before adding in some new information.

School Board Chairman Robert “Luke” Queen:

Robert “Luke” Queen was appointed to a four-year term on the Cleveland Community College Board of Trustees by the all Republican Cleveland County Commissioners. In November 2020, Luke Queen was elected to the CCS School Board and selected as Chairman. Later, the Commissioner’s became aware of Queen’s immature, vindictive, phony and hot-headed nature and declined to re-appoint Luke to the CCC BoT. However, NC Senator Ted Alexander, upon the urging of Rogue Republicans Wes Westmoreland, Dennis Bailey and others, reappointed Luke Queen to the CCC BoTs instead of Betty Carrigan. Causing a “rift” in the Cleveland County GOP that has done noting but widen ever since. A rift that might put the Grand Canyon to shame in its size. A rift that smells so bad that it puts the Shelby Sewage Treatment Plant to shame in its “stink level.”

Luke Queen, blamed Danny Blanton for the Commissioner’s decision not to re-appoint him to the CCC BoTs. So, around the first part of 2022 Luke Queen launched an attack campaign against his onetime friend Danny Blanton with a letter claiming Blanton had done bad things as a school board member. Everything from criminal acts to nepotism to other vile acts. None proven, mind you. Some false on its face-like Blanton had stolen a tractor. But still, a letter falsely claiming, and NEVER retracted, that Blanton had done bad things. Again, widening that rift in the CCGOP between the Rogues and the honest Republicans.

And nary a peep from the Democrats on the School Board. Never! Apparently thinking that this major rift between the Rogue Republicans and the good Republicans would be good for THEIR campaign for re-election.

Soon thereafter, Luke Queen, Dennis Bailey, Ron Humphries, Kevin Whisnant. Pam Keller, Wes Westmoreland, David Allen and others cooked up this foul-smelling scheme to recruit enough Republican candidates to run for the School Board in the 2022 Primary Elections. A sufficient number to defeat Danny Blanton in the 2022 Republican Primary School Board Election. Unfortunately, for the Rogues, they tried to recruit Ronnie Grigg and Dena Spangler to do their dirty deeds. Grigg and Spangler, after figuring out what was going on, both flat refused to participate. Five others did not. Then Ronnie Grigg decided that he WOULD also run for the School Board. But as an ally of Danny Blanton instead of an enemy.

So, Ronne Grigg goes to the Board of Elections to sign up in the 2022 Republican Primary Elections, only to find out that the Board of Election had him registered as Unaffiliated. Which meant that Grigg would have to get 2,600 or so signatures on a petition to run for the School Board. But, Ronnie Grigg, a lifetime Republican smelled a rat. He went to the State Board of Elections and pulled the document that listed him as Unaffiliated. The Signature on that document was not Ronnie Grigg’s signature. The document was phony. It had been falsely submitted and was eventually ruled invalid. Clifton Philbeck, Director of the Cleveland County Board of Elections, did what was necessary to right what was wrong. To change Ronnie Grigg back to a registered Republican. Which allowed Ronnie Grigg to run in the 2022 School Board Primary Election as a Republican. And to win in that 2022 Republican School Board Election, along with Danny Blanton, the right to advance to the CCS School Board 2022 General Election. Along with two of the Rogue Republican supported Candidates.

However, Clifton Philbeck’s actions to “right a wrong,” had unfortunate and probably illegal repercussions for Clifton Philbeck. Former NC Senator Debby Clary, now one of the two Republican Board members on the CC Board of Elections (And apparently a Rogue Republican herself) became highly pissed-off at Clifton Philbeck for doing his job correctly. And brought a phony action against Philbeck that would have had Philbeck immediately terminated as Director of the CC Board of Elections. Only the lone opposition of Democrat CC Board of Elections Board Member Mary Accor saved Clifton Philbeck, a competent young family man, from being fired for NO good reason. Although the incident had to have been an obvious warning to Clifton Philbeck to watch his P’s and Q’s. That he was treading on thin ice with some dangerous and unscrupulous people. A bunch of dangerous and unscrupulous Rogue Republicans and some Democrats too.

Now, fast forward to the 2022 School Board Republican Primary Elections process. And the Rogue Republican Dirty Tricks. Note that there was no Democrat School Board Primary election as only four candidates had signed up. Incumbents Phillip Glover, Coleman Hunt, Dena Green and newcomer Meghan Hoppes.

Lots has already been written about the 2022 School Board Republican Primary Elections and all the dirty tricks pulled in that election. The North Carolina GOP Plan of Organization rules were broken and duly reported to the NCGOP. And the NCGOP did nothing. Which only served to divide the local CCGOP even further and faster. Good Republicans began to consider leaving the CCGOP and forming another chapter. Or staging a coup by taking over the CCGOP and forcing the Rogues to form another organization. Especially after Danny Blanton was the Top vote getter by far in the 2022 School Board Primary Election and Ronnie Grigg “showed.” Allowing both Blanton and Grigg to proceed to the General Elections. Along with two Rogue Republican recruited and supported candidates.

Since the NCGOP did nothing to cause the CCGOP to “cease and desist” before, during and after the 2022 Republican School Board Primary Election, it was 100% certain that the Rogues would continue their fantasy of defeating Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg. This time they (the Rogue Republicans) had to endorse Liberal Democrats candidates in the General Election. “Using” the Crazy Shelby TEA Party as a mouthpiece. Only to be condemned by all. Now, even more drastic and illegal things are said to be happening.

New Information provided to Robert A:

David Allen, the Rogue Republican CCGOP President, seems to have forgotten (likely on purpose) to provide a list of Republican “Poll Watchers” or judges for the 2022 General Elections in time to allow them to be trained to properly watch and inspect the voting processes at the early voting sites. Not so with the Democrat Poll Watchers who have been there and in place since DAY One of Early Voting. Word is that the Republican Poll Watchers or Judges will not be allowed inside the early voting locations until November 1, 2022. Meaning that MOST of the early voting “processes” have been totally in the hands of especially selected Democrats. And ONLY especially selected Democrats until November 1, 2022. On top of that, campaigners have observed Democrat Absentee Ballot “Harvesters” showing up at Early Voting sites with handfuls of marked-up ballots and “loading” those so-called Absentee Ballots into the voting machines. Criminal violations all around. Totally unreported since the MIA Republican Poll Watchers and their leadership are just that—MISSING-IN-ACTION!!!

At this point, it is almost 100% certain that Elections in Cleveland County, North Carolina and the USA CAN be STOLEN. And the 2020 Presidential Elections WERE STOLEN. Robert A says that in his experience, IF there are opportunities for political mischief, then there IS political mischief going on. And “stuffing” ballot boxes is totally illegal. However, district attorneys have chosen NOT to investigate and prosecute offenders. Except down in the NC Federal 9^th district. But that is a story for another day.

Then, just a few days ago, Robert A began to think about all of these facts and allegations and realized that, although many of these allegations seem far-fetched and risky. But, JUST in the context of the Cleveland Count Rogue Republican supporting the seemingly silly “whims,” juvenile “behavior” and baseless “anger” of Robert “Luke” Queen to get rid of Danny Blanton from the CCS School Board. There just HAD to be a “big picture” in all of this. And Robert A suddenly realized there WAS a bigger picture. Maybe not a well-planned scheme. Maybe just trying to take advantage of circumstances as they came along. Certainly. all these actions were done stupidly. But, an evil scheme all the same; that is 1,000% plausible. And that picture is clear as a bell once you look past Cleveland County at that big picture AND with an open mind. Considering all the dynamics that are going on in this 2022 General Election. Not only in the Cleveland County races. But the State and National races too.

Folks, Remember the Editor’s Note that started this article? Robert A has reprinted it below for YOUR convenience.

Also remember that the Democrats in Cleveland County did NOT put up candidates for the Cleveland County Commissioners race (Doug Bridges and Deb Hardin), General Assembly (Tim Moore, Kelly Hastings and Ted Alexander), Clerk of Court, Sheriff, the District Attorney and a District Court Judge. Nine local elected offices in all that the Cleveland County Democrat Party left blank. Only the four available seats on the CCS School Board were challenged with three incumbents and only ONE newcomer. One white man and one white woman and one black man and one black woman.

So, why were the Cleveland County Democrats showing up during Early Voting in record numbers? And why were the Cleveland County Black Democrats showing up for Early Voting in record numbers?? And why did the all-White Rogue Republicans, using the CRAZY Shelby TEA Party as a “Mouthpiece” endorse two Black Candidates out of the four offices on the CCS School Board? The answer to that last question is obvious. The all white Rogue Republicans were using the “race card” as a “smoke screen” for their shenanigans.

But, again, why were the Cleveland County Democrats showing up during Early Voting in RECORD numbers? That answer is also obvious. The “HEAT” amongst Democrats, especially Black Democrats was at the top of the ticket. Cheri Beasley for the US Senate!!! That is the race that is spending the most cash money. TONS of cash money!!

And, that provided an opportunity for the Rogue Republicans to “cash in.”

The situation for the Rogue Republicans is this. Nine of the thirteen local races are without Democrat opposition. The Rogue Republicans only need two Democrats to defeat Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg in the School Board Elections. Even if the Democrats sweep the four School Board open seats, the Rogue Republicans on the CCS School Board will still hold a 5-4 advantage. For the Rogue Republican CCGOP, Robert “Luke” Queen’s self-generated “spite” is the only reason for all the drama and turmoil. That, plus the CCGOP “retaliation” against anybody that doesn’t agree with them and their elitist attitude.

But, “spite” and “elitist attitudes” are the stock and trade of the Rogue Republican controlled CCGOP. And, they will sell their souls to the Democrats and the Devil himself to get their way.

So, here is the Deal with the Rogue Republican CCGOP.

The Rogue Republicans want to “cool-down” the 2022 General Elections in Cleveland County. Most Republicans candidates are running unopposed anyway. Most other state offices will win in Cleveland County anyway. Even Ted Budd. So-what if the Democrats urn out is increased and the Republican Turnout is cooled down? But, in races like Cheri Beasley vs. Ted Budd for US Senate, the vote tallies for all 100 counties are added together and the most votes win. However, if Cleveland County’s Republican votes and other rural Counties votes for Ted Budd are lowered (cooled-down) and Cheri Beasley’s votes are increased, the Democrat votes from cities like Charlotte, Asheville, Raleigh, Greensboro, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wilmington, etc. can make up the “spread” more easily. Just like they did in electing Governor Roy Cooper. Twice.

Basically, the “spite” of Luke Queen and the “elitism” of the Rogue Republicans can be “sold-out” to the Democrats at a very cheap price. The Rogue Republicans will “split” the Republican Party and the Republican Vote to allow additions to Cheri Beasley’s margin if the Democrat votes will help oust Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg elections. Whether or not large chunks of Cheri Beasley’s cash money finds its way into some of the Rogue Republicans pockets. But, the “greedy” amongst the Rogue Republicans would most likely NOT do their dirty work for free. You will always win on that bet. Even if the CRAZY Shelby TEA Party does get evicted from Bethel Baptist Church.

Folks, all these kinds of shenanigans can be readily defeated. Fight Fire with Fire!! All Cleveland County Republican voters that can breathe should show up to the polls and vote YOUR conscience. Only Vote for Danny Blanton and Ronnie Grigg on the School Board ticket. Vote for Ted Budd and all the other Republican Candidates that are Republicans. You can leave all the Republicans running unopposed blank as Robert A has previously suggested.

Except for Sheriff Alan Norman and Clerk of Court Lacey Ingle Ange. Robert A had previously recommended marking your ballot for Sheriff Alan Norman as an indicator of the total voter who cast their ballot. However, Robert A had inadvertently left out a recommendation for Clerk of Court candidate Lacey Ingle Ange.

Robert A wants to correct that mistake with these observations and a recommendation.

Robert A has often in the past visited the Clerk of Court’s Office for numerous reasons. Checking Court records, Court Calendars and Court files, etc.-for a variety of reasons. Literally hundreds of times. Lacey Ingle Ange has always exhibited total professionalism and provided extra good service to all that have come to the Clerk’s Office. Without exception.

Therefore, Mark you ballot for Lacey Ingle Ange for Clerk of Superior Court without exception. This will also provide a good indication of Cleveland County 2022 voting patterns AFTER Early voting.
