Re: Rogue Republicans are TRAITORS to the Republican Party!! Greg Taylor joins Rodney Fitch in stating he is NOT a member of the Cleveland County Republican Party Executive Committee!!! Can the CC Republican Party Executive Committee membership be WORSE than a case of the CLAP?? Report, evaluation, correction and conclusions by Robert A.

Folks, I received the following email message from School Board Member Greg Taylor late Friday evening. Too late to remove Mr. Taylor’s name as a member of the Cleveland County Republican Party’s Executive Committee in the referenced article. As I had previously done for Mr. Rodney Fitch.

From Greg Taylor: 9;36 PM Friday, 4/29/2022

Good Evening Mr. Williams

I wanted to respond to this email. I sat down after work this evening and saw your retraction for Mr. Fitch and then I read your original email.

I as well am not part of the executive committee that you falsely stated I was part of.

I kindly ask you to issue a retraction regarding myself as well.

Thanks
Greg Taylor

Now, it was too late to simply remove his name from the original article as I had done for Mr. Rodney Fitch

But Mr. Taylor was himself mistaken in several ways; I did not issue a “retraction” to Mr. Fitch. Just a Correction. Also, Mr. Taylor insinuated that I had FALSELY stated he was a member of the CC Republican Party Executive Committee. When, in fact, Mr. Fitch, Mr. Taylor, and every other elected Republican official in Cleveland County are eligible to become CC Republican Party Executive Committee members in good standing as soon as they pay the membership fees. Whether they are members in good standing or members NOT in good standing, I will leave that up to Mr. Fitch, Mr. Taylor, and anybody else in that situation AND the CC Republican Party.

So, could Mr. Fitch and now Mr. Taylor has filed a lawsuit against me? The answer to that is Yes, they could file a frivolous lawsuit as anybody can file frivolous lawsuits against anybody for anything. But, if the Cleveland County Republican Party Executive Committee is a good and up-front organization, how would my mistakenly identifying them as members cause any damage to their reputation? They have absolutely nothing to file suit over if I had left the original article exactly like it was to start with.

Then I came to the notion that the whole message of my original article was about Rogue Republicans. Liars, cheats, crooks, obnoxious and mean. All of them are either Rogue Republicans or Rogue Republican Dirty Trick enablers. And all of them might NOT be Cleveland County Republican Party Executive Board Members. Perhaps I was too quick to let Mr. Rodney Fitch off the hook after all. Perhaps I should have re-written the original article right then and there. Leaving out the CC RP Executive Committee.

First, In regard to a phony letter from Robert Queen to Danny Blanton, accusing Blanton falsely of many things, Republicans Rodney Fitch, Greg Taylor, Ron Humphries, Joel Shores, and Robert “Luke” Queen as well as the School Board Democrats refused to allow Mr. Blanton to bring up and discuss this personnel issue in a closed session that was closed for the purpose of discussing personnel issues. Then, every one of them also refused to allow discussion of this letter at the next school board meeting in an open session. Then all eight of the other School Board members allowed Robert Queen to make the false letter into a Public record and send a redacted copy to TEA-Party and fellow Rogue Republicans Guy Smith and Kevin Whisnant. And to the Shelby Star. And later to me, under a public record request application. I published that letter to the public for all to see before it could be twisted and turned by the Rogue Republicans and the Star into a political bit of dirty trick garbage against Danny Blanton. I intend to follow up on that phony Queen letter as soon as possible. But that is an issue for another article. But soon in any case. There is an election going on!!

Let’s NOW go back to the Cleveland County Republican Party leadership and especially the Executive Committee that Rodney Fitch, Greg Taylor, and perhaps others do NOT want any part of. Is there anything potentially DEFAMATORY about being mistakenly identified as a member of the CCRP Executive Committee?

I looked up the legal definitions of Defamation and found several good examples of what is defamatory:

Falsely saying that a person has a Venereal Disease (VD), syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, a Sexually transmitted disease (STD), etc. is defamatory.

Falsely saying that a person is a liar, a crook, cheats, etc. is defamatory/.

Falsely saying a person is an adulterer is defamatory.

The keyword for all is falsely if any of that is TRUE. The lawsuit will FAIL

So, NOW my question to Rodney Fitch, Greg Taylor, Robert Queen, Ron Humphries, Joel Shores, and perhaps others is this: What is defamatory about you being mistakenly identified as a member of the Cleveland County Republican Party Executive Committee?

Otherwise, any other revision to the article in question will be made at my discretion to be technically accurate about the executing committee membership.
